My 8 year old got bored very quickly with this game Too easy It would be nice if you could adjust it to increase the difficulty by have two and three digit numbers up to 100 Not worth 199
This app shows how to play the game very well with the in game voice and it goes away after a while so its not annoying and things are not too obvious so this is good However it does not force my eight year old to be strategic and learn math well in order to win Winning is only by chance and my eight year old quickly lost interest with it It was not worth 199 for her to have fun for 10 minutes No emphasis on importance of math
Its a simple concept but visually attractive and entertaining and helps my child reinforce her addition skills We have had a lot of fun with this one Fun and educational for the whole family
My son 8 loves this game He gets to use my phone and play games I like the fact that its not a struggle to get him to practice The only con Id rather have one app that has all the games instead of one game per app It just takes up a lot of space Great set of apps
This app is not worthwhile and should not be purchased by teachers for classroom use because the same goal of practicing addition facts and comparing numbers can be completed without the app I do not think the students are effectively being taught the mathematical content because they can easily play the game with only one player actually doing the work and points can be received without earning them While the voice guided play is helpful for directions there is not much else to do It is a game of twocard war Not Worth Purchasing

I have played this game with my first graders and my son It was fun and provided additional practice with both addition facts and comparative skills I hope McGrawHill plans to create more of this style of game Awesome app
