Purchased this so I might possibly have more fleability with my scanner The program does not recognize my scanner and crashes each time I try to have it find it NOT worth the money     Buyer Beware eberge51

I ve been suing ExactScan for years It was the only program I could use with an older ScanSnap It stopped working recently so I send an email to their support team I had a reply that day and a they had the problem fixed the next day The crash problem is the Apple upload process on the AppStore Downloading from their web site too care of it Great product and great support                     Super product and team PeteTheDeveloper

I got ExactScan in May 2013 so I could use my Fujitsu fi 5120c scanner with my Mac It has worked well better than the Fujitsu driver worked my my previous computer a PC ExactScan updated the software to 2 55 in early November 2014 and it crashed unless I unplugged the Fujitsu I emailed ExactScan support and promptly got the answer that the new version was defective they think because of defective code they got from Apple Regardless of who made the error I sent ExactScan proof of purchase and they promptly sent me an activation code so I could download the previous version I did so and it is working fine For me the software has worked well and I am impressed with the service related to this problem                     Good Service Rocky Top 1851

I have been using this product for years to my full satisfaction However after the Yosemite upgrade this app would keep crashing I contacted support and within 5 minutes they fixed my problem They were awesome Its a great easy to use scanner software product                     Excellent Product and Support Silwalona

when i try to save the app crashes im requesting a refund wont buy anything from this dev again     app crashes dont waste your money kshafer

Apparently they haven t fixed all of the bugs I can t get it to save the scanned image to a file and it crashes entirely too many times I have tried scanning a multi page document and it asked for more pages which I thought was nice but the cropping of the pages was inconsistent Better lick next time kind of a waste of money     Still too many crashes RalphSwartz

This is a potentially terrific program mabye the best for non power users But it crashes every time I try to maximize from the dock I have actually quit then restart for it to stay running It even crashes while trying to set preferences Stay away for a while until this gets sorted out cej         Crashes Conistently CEJ47
