I have been using this app for quite some time now and i always ended up with the same results i mean it does work like a charm it does sync with my computer in matter of seconds and it does backup all text messages and iMessages as an excel table in which you can use filters to browse by users or content Very useful app and its a great one that works to perfection in backing up your important messages I definitely recommend A must have app very useful and reliable
No instructions not easy to use Cant even access texts on my Dell computer to be able to print them out Wants my IP address user name and password and wont even connect to my laptop Not happy Poor App Waste of my time and money
