this kind of app is needed because the iphone doesnt give you an option to dial an extention and if you try and use the keypad its hard to be fast enough for it to work I tried this app and it does absolutely nothing doesnt even dial the main number Im very disappointed I tried it with voiceover and without no difference I wasted my money I hope they update it soon and correct the problem bad app
