A test with a small file of two bounced emails worked fairly well One address had a parenthesis at the end An almost 10mb tab delimited file made it choke I tried removing the tabs waited and waited for it to perhaps respond but no luck I ve been testing it as I will be sending a mailing to over 5100 web site users who have registered at the site over the last 15 years and want something that will pull addresses out of the bounces I expect to receive From my testing I have to conclude that this isn t it The support link goes to the Amato website which offered a contact form but no forum posts or support link Granted it s only 4 but I ll be looking into how to get a refund once I click submit here     Not responding ziggyjagger

Saw the previous review about it sucking in extra text next to email addresses and I m happy to report that for me this didn t happen Maybe because the emails in my document were simple formating but I was thrilled none the less Couple of minor notes Improt Interface allows file drag drop but this works for text files For PDF you have to open select all copy and then paste into Extract Emails It would be nice if drag drop PDF was supported Export It would be nice if select all and copy would work on the extracted text list Currently you can only select one email address at a time or choose export as a csv file which requires an extra step if you are just trying to get the emails into your email program If you ve got a lot of email addresses to extract this is worth checking out Huge time saver for me                 Worked for me Riptide360
