Good app Only thing is that u can only add things after u log in It would definitely be more useful to use the same programming to access the phone If u need a retina scan to unlock the apps and info of the phone it would be more secure for the user           Improvements

This app worked once then started to glitch out I wish that is still worked Please fix so it doesnt force close On iPod touch     Good Idea But

I like the app but the requirement to shoot with the flash can have you seeing stars if you have to try a few times to get in I agree with the review that mentioned the front camera as it is some times difficult to get the exact same position        Works most the time

The app takes several attempts to gain access              Its alright when it works

I purchased the original V1 version for my iPhone 4 Worked out of the box perfectly Upgraded my iPhone from an iPhone 4 to a new 4S Backed up the iPhone 4 via iTunes Migrated SIM to new iPhone 4S and registered the phone Restored all data to new iPhone 4S Launched eyeD and was required to reregister my account Result all account data lost Sent email note to WinkPass and was told to try to restore from my iTunes backup No success Very Unhappy I then dutifully recreated every account entry Suddenly today they are all gone again Fail Not good The worst part is there is no way to just restore a single app and the associated data for an app like eyeD only a complete restore SInce you dont use an app like eyeD every day and you normally backup once a week you will have an out of synch situation where performing the restore to fix your eyeD results in lost data for your other apps because you can only keep one backup in iTunes or your last iTunes backup will be after whatever event triggered the eyeD data losscorruption and your account data will be lost Both situations are unacceptable Now I dont know if I should delete the account and reregister again delete the app and reload or what WinkPass support response takes days This is unacceptable for a biometric security app that you entrust to secure you account data        Originally good but now disappointed Lost Account Data 2 Times

This app works great when you finally learn to look at the camera I cant believe you can now use this technology to secure passwords without it costing an arm and a leg                 Very cool

Before it says access granted it logs out of the program I emailed support and they are working on a bug fix Until then be careful     Crashed and unable to open

Just deleted all my pass This app must have a backup restore option Will not use until they release a fix     Bug Take care

5 and it is one of the most useless apps I have ever seen The only thing you can lock down are text files that you add no pics or other files There are pw protected apps out there for free that let you lock down files and pics Dont waste moneynot even to mention the risk of going blind after constantly having to flash your eye from point blankplus you cant use the front facing camera What You have to stand in front of a mirror to try to line it up or try over and over and over and over     dumb

All you need to fool app is a good portrait pic of yourself I downloaded one from Facebook and printed it Access Grantedas the computer voice says If you really want good biometric password access get the iPhone 5s     Works great With a picture too

It starts off wonderful then it hurts me to say that it crashes and you have to restart and you better write down your passwords anyway or information because youre going to have to put it back in again and again until they fix it three stars until you Fix it           James Bond

This app worked great until the iPhone 5 came along It now crashes as soon as the authentication is successful so you cant get to your passwords This bug was reported in nov 12 and still no ETA     Great idea but crashes

This app works But if you could store sensitive docs or use it to unlock applications you want password protected it would be great Currently you can only store usernames and passwords with a short note about each save           Could be good

This app is groundbreaking and totally awesome I rated low previously but due to an apple or inapp fix it works perfectly It actually stores passwords with some form of retinal security It would be great if they added functionality to save documents and pictures as well as passwords One of the only real security apps Ive seen and Im impressed                 Too buggy

This worked great for a while and I have many different passwords stored in there One day I tried to use it and it crashed upon authentication and it has never launched since and support has given me no help I want a refund     Crashes

This app is amazing I dont worry at all about having the most important passwords and information locked inside it because Ive tried it on 35 ppl and it doesnt let anyone in besides me And it can even distinguish between your left and right eye                 IT REALLY WORKS

While this app appears a little tempermental with regards to gaining access to the password list it is a good start Would like to perhaps have more images stored at different lighting conditions so the security will be easier for actual user to gain access              Good start on retinal scanning tech

It took me so long to get this thing This does not lock your actual phone It only locks information within the application such as password or note content Not what I expected especially for the price     Difficult

Lost all my saved data after i downloaded the updates from two unrelated appspandora slacker Wrote an email to supportwill report back ifwhen i hear from tech supporthard to have confidence in a password manager app again after it crashes     Beware

Almost usefull if one day the access is granted My eye keeps coming out of focus 9 out of 10 tries        Needs improvement

So glad this program exists and the eyescan works well However after the 2nd day I signed in and all of the info I input was erased and I had to start over again As a suggestion fix the issue with the data resetting and consider adding the ability to reorganize entries once theyve been addedotherwise an incredible product The flash in the eye isnt a big issue as many make it out to be easily a worthy inconvenience for tech like this Also I truly cant imagine the frontfacing camera having a good enough resolution to scan your eye accurately           Inventive functional BUT

It takes a lot of tries to get it to open No back door way in if eye doesnt work Flash hurts eyes when u have to take several tries to get it Give option to turn flash off Not convenient to use in public takes too long and looks stupid        Secure but takes too many tries to get it

The latest update seems to have improved the recognition considerably on my iPhone 5 Thanks                 Working Well

Super safe Hard to get a read if you are tired or medicated But you know the info there is SAFE Sometimes even from you Dont store info here that it may be vital to access at ALL times              Some issues

My request to developers It would be great to save multiple eyes to one account The flash will burn a hole in my eye if everytime my wife forgets her password she asks my to retrieve it Please allow option for second saved eye so she can use it Also iPhone 4 has very clear imagery if lights are in room the phone flash should not be necessary Please have turn flash off option Thanks for considering these changes I would add another star per each change Thanks           2nd user and flash oprional

I must say this app is AWESOME Really It has worked every time I use it At first I had to take 24 pics of my eye before I got a clear pic of my eye After I finally actually read the instructions I have been spot on The key is holding the camera a palms distance away from your eye Before I was always too far away What I LOVE best is the voice of the woman that says access granted It is so cool because her voice sounds like it is out of a super computer from the CIA or a futuristic artificial intelligent computer A must have if you have many different passwords for different programs A                 What a FANTASTIC App

To date I have not had any issues with the usability of the app it performs exactly as expected One note though due to the sensitivity which is needed it is difficult to use when you first wake up                 Amazing

Havent been using it long but pretty epic so far it has crashed once but its still worth it i hope they continue to upgrade it and add the ability to store documents and pics I would be willing to pay more for that kind of secure storage              Really cool

Im new to this app as I bought it today 731 it takes an average of 35attempts to log in and I havent found out how to add a 2nd person to have security rights neither the fact of being able to sign in SAFELY at night when driving maybe add the low light feature and reverse camera also add the margin of constriction dilation of pupils also how do you make this your primary login ability for the phone Thats the purpose for my purchasemaybe I misread the ability of the app        Great potential

Great app But there is a few things that need to be updated Flash is a little bright But without it your pupil would dilate less and could cause problems unlocking so that I can understand Not being able to import pictures Im sure there is alot of pictures people have on their phones that they dont want other people seeing So an import photo tool would bring my rating up to 5 stars Without question A way to lock your phone like this would be amazing tho No doubt              Neat and useful

I will change this to 5 star if this gets fixed I keep getting this enrollment image error pops up when I open the app I cant even take the picture without this error popping up and when I hit ok it just closes out the app and when I re open the app the error pops up immediately after opening     Great app until iOS 7 update

After having several accounts and passwords the app will let me in and recognize my setup but all my data is GONE Waiting to hear from support for help If I had wiped it it would have erased my setup as well Just my data is gone Very frustrated     App lost ALL my data
