This app is very helpful The only complaint I have is that if you mistype your login it wont let you retype and try again It says login failed and has a dismiss that you can tap but nothing happens when I tap it The only way I have been able to get rid of the wrong information is to turn my phone off then turn it back on           Good app

Creating an account takes you to their website so its pic he and squeeze on a phone Thats not an app At least make the website be mobile ready so it looks seamless Had troubles logging into the app once account was created Thats not a good sign And why cant imam age restrictions from the appwhy must i call the school And 250 for each credit card transaction is expensive When you have lots of kids in a family that adds up unless you deposit huge amounts in their accounts Thats a lot of extra cash So no I will not be using this app nor your services and will continue to send in cash at the least until restrictions can be managed        Nothing great

Really confusing They dont tell you when to scroll down or explain what do to Its a great idea to make things easier for parents but poorly executed     Poorly set up app

Its a good app I love that I dont have to send with my 6 year old and worry about her losing it anymore Only bad thing is that if u type in the wrong password a box pops up that says wrong password and when u try to push dismiss it doesnt do anything I have to completely close the app out and then go back to it to try again Also my 5 year old just started kindergarten and when I tried to add him to my account on the app I couldnt figure out how to do it After about 10 minutes of trying I figured out that I had to go to the full site to add him on It would be nice to be able to do this on the app I have an iPhone 5s     Glitches and limits

I use the website all of the time Glad they finally have an app It isnt perfect but it is works great                 Love it

If I have to go online to do it why not just do it all online        Cant I add a student through the app

My son started kindergarten 8713 50 was deposited into his my nephews account via debt card Since school has started 8713 there have been 2 separate glitches These glitches say that they have a 000 balance in their accounts so both are unable to have what everyone else is having for lunch are told they have no money must have the pbj lunch Im angry its ridiculous     Ridiculous

This app is very nice and easy to use My husband does tech support for the company who made this and I thought it was awesome when he showed me i like being able to keep track of our oldests meal balance                 Love it

I love this app and it works great on a happy path But I cannot figure out how to delete an old card There are Add and Edit buttons but no Delete button The error handling of a user entering bad data such as passwords or payment info should not crash the app There is no Help feature either This lack of effort to extra detail makes me wonder the effort that went into the backend for data security and protection I tried to go to the developers website but get an error there also           Anyone know how to remove a card

This is a great app Easy to add money to my kids accounts I love that part BUT I was forced to store my credit card information I DO NOT like storing my cc info anywhere I cant delete it and there is NO customer service So I am rating this with one star in hopes to get their attention and let them know this needs to be changed If you dont mind your cc card info being kept then Id rate this 4 stars 5 stars if they had customer service     Great app BUT

Would love to use this but the app locks after entering userpass and cannot clear the error login works fine on site but not on iPhone nor iPad Would really like to give a better rating but cant log in     Login locks

I just put on my daughters account for the first time and they told me there is a transaction fee AFTER I finalized the transaction Not cool Wont be using this again     They dont tell you theres a service fee til after

YOU may only have to use this app a few times a year but with 2 teenage boys who play football this app is GREAT to add to their lunch accounts as often as needed Very well done                 So EASY

I had the same problem as the other reviewer who input the wrong password and got locked out I can then write a proper review        Please fix login error glitch

Overall this app is useful but today I was trying to update an expired credit card and the whole app froze up when I forgot to put in one line of info Had to completely delete the whole app and reinstall        Needs a fix

Cant even use it because website and app are so slow Ive been trying to add a credit card for over 12 hour today Ugh     Horrible
