Updated the new version which seems to be quicker to load than previous app Glad to be able to see my credit card info now Its great that Fairwinds is making improvements to this                 Good app

I havent been able to use this app in weeks Not sure what the problem is but it wont let me log in Fix this app     Was a great app But

Its extremely slower than just going to the Safari browser You also can view the check image even though the button is there The overall appearance can be refined as well        Needs improvement

Really need to put some effort into this Still have to remember user number Also the iPhone 5 has been out plenty long enough to update this to full screen I will patiently wait for another update but until then this is a pretty sorry app     Current version

5 stars if they add access to credit card balance              Nice app

UPDATE Checking back in and as of July 2012 this app has become even less reliable and less usable I only use Safari to access Fairwinds where I use their full website This app just doesnt work This app was a great first step for Fairwinds But time and a lack of updates have completely killed all functionality I downloaded this the moment it was released in early 2010 Since then it has only had 2 updates the last in December of 2010 If this had been a great app from the beginning this would not be a problem Unfortunately this is a problem The app is SLOW It doesnt remember any of your account information so you have to log in from scratch every time you use it Any time you switch pages the app reloads all the data on that page which makes it even slower Basically the app is unusable as an iPhone app A much better solution as crazy as it seems is to use the full desktop version of Fairwinds website in Safari The web page unlike the app loads quickly and is much more usable on my iPhone This app should be better than the Fairwinds website It should load quicker It should be easier to log in It should be easier to switch between the transfer and account screens without waiting 4 minutes for each to reload How can a company spend so much money on developing an app that doesnt even work Seriously Im thinking about switching to Chase or SunTrust because I know their apps will actually make my life easier If you fix the app Fairwinds I would love to update my review     Horrible banking app Web site is better

I love this app for checking my balances etc No it wont mow your lawn or make you dinner but it is very easy to use and gets right to the point                 Very Happy

When the app works I love it but most of the time it doesnt Tells me no Internet connection when Im on my home wifi also when Im out and full signal and 4g Also have the same issue about telling me incorrect password on a regular basis Unlike the others I would like it if it worked     UPDATE PLEASE

It was letting me a week ago     Its not letting me sign

App worked fine when I first installed it but now I cant log ongiving me an error message        Needs to be updated

All I read are negatives I personally havent had an issue with the app freezing on me or saying wrong password Would be nice to view my credit card in the place as my savings and checking But I can see my balance in the transfers section Happy with them as my banking and mobile app              Works just fine

When I first installed this app it ran fine however now it takes more than five minutes to simply log me in Perhaps they need an app update or something along those lines It is frustrating when you are on the go and it has made me realize that taking the time to go through on safari is faster which is ridiculous        What happened to quality

I downloaded the app and was very pleased with what I could do I love that I can check my balance make transfers AND make payments all on my mobile device For those that want it to remember their member number give them the option Id rather not let someone know that information should my phone get lost or stolen Also since you are required to sign in using a member number itd be nice to be given a numeric keypad instead of the full keyboard              Good App Could use some usability tweaks

Other than being thankful that you even have an app my only comment would be about the order accounts appear in It would make sense to me to have the checking account on top as it is probably the most active account for most people Having the inaccessable 5 share account up top isnt particularly a good UI choice in my opinion Im never going to do anything with it from my iPhone so why list it first              First impression

Ive repeatedly tried to make a payment on one of my bills using this app and I keep getting the same error message when I try to submit a payent A payment already exists near the Delivery By date selected Huh How is that possible when I havent even made a payment Why did Fairwinds release a crappy app that really doesnt work Its better to go online to pay bills Not sure why this app was released Ita crappy     Please fix Bill Payment

Until they come up with a way that I dont have to remember my member number to input EVERYTIME I want to use the app this application is almost useless to me Its ridiculous to think all the users have their 8 digit long number memorized I have a encrypted file on my computer that tells me for the website and that is easyish enough but I think its ridiculous we sign in with our member number either place rather than a unique id Thanks for trying Fairwinds but unfortunately I wont be able to use your app        Well intentioned but

I will say it is great when the app works But it does constantly freeze or tells you that you gave the wrong user Id and pswd The website is the easiest And as for Matey You sound like an employee Maybe the a vp since your name has a ring to it And I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times Brand new iPhone and just reinstalled again Same thing keeps happening So its the app Quit sucking up     Overall poor

Out of date copyright still says 2010 Not iphone 5 screen size Low resolution i think Does not do deposits new separate deposit app for that is Better though Does not remember your login must type ACCOUNT every freaking time as it does not let you choose your own user name When you try to map a branch nearby it crashes Sometimes just opening the app will crash it Even CFE has a better app How bad is that I use Mint as much as I can to avoid this app Hopefully they will wake up n smell the apps     No real update since 2010

This is a slow buggy POS Terrible app dont waste your time The same amateur effort as all of Fairwinds Fund another credit union Any other credit union     Dont waste your time

App is slowperiod Limited functionality serves purpose but is still slow Stick with Safari as its much faster on 3G and WiFi     Good App Poor Performance

This is 21st century so being able to have the convenience of quickly logging in on a smart phone to anything important like a bank account is a huge deal This app is in major need of an update from a constant inability to login in due to lack of Internet when there are full bars and even 3G to the lack of user friendliness and speed Ive debated leaving Fairwinds for a bank that can adequately provide a working app Say Chase who I left to start an account at Fairwinds Please fix app its extremely frustrating to try to use     Leaving fairwinds

Waste of time Half the time you cant even log in The bill pay does not work and customer service told me the app doesnt work for bill pay My question to fairwinds cu is really why bother This is blatant vapor ware     Terrible app

I need to put this review up for the sake of Fairwinds which is and always has been great to me and everyone I know as customers For all those complaining about the app no longer working not allowing you to log in etc just delete the app and reinstall it It works fine                 Try something before you complain

Great app Please with the functions it is just missing the ability to see your credit card on the balance screen to see the status and transactions that has taken place with your card Only place I can find any hint of the credit card is when you do a transfer they let you transfer to your card but that is it Once they add that it will be a worthy 5 star app           Great App Missing one Thing

The app should be equipped to remember your CustomerLogin ID I have 3 different accounts with 3 different login IDs therefore its cumbersome to type in 3 different IDs each time I would like to see the app show a list of transactions as well Transferring funds is simply nonfunctional Great Union but seems to be a little behind on the times Im still happy with the online and actually branch banking but this could be a lot more convenient for us the customers if this app was comparable to SunTrustPNC etc which I have accounts to as well        A little behind on their abilities to provide convenience and piece of mind with this app

I didnt like using the safari mobile web browser to link up to my account and Im really glad Fairwinds created this app                 Great app away from home

At first the app worked After time the app became slow and would not allow bill pay Without bill pay the app is pretty much useless     Does not work

This app needs to be more user friendly It hasnt been updated since August of 2012 and it needs to be updated for the iPhone 5 There should also be an option to have the app remember your log in number        More usability

Not very good I have deleted app and reinstalled Its sad that my husband can get on my phone and open his account yet I cant do the same He always tells me how Fairwinds stinks As far as a credit union they are great but they are running on ancient times It is time to upgrade your system both app and bank I have banked with Fairwinds going on ten years and they are slow compare to other banks However they were they only ones who gave me an opportunity to take out a loan when I needed it for school Bank is great but system not so great     Much needed update bank and all

I like that I can see my pending trans I also can see my credit card info now and the app seems faster this is great                 Like it
