every time i try to transfer stars to e coins the ecoins never show up in my balance no ecoins

This app is a great way to earn starsif only I could transfer them It was working fine when I first got it but later it kept saying You dont have enough stars to transfer Play to earn stars But my balance is over 300 Also the ecoin issue should also be fixed Ill give it some time until I play again and hopefully the star transfer thing will work again Also how does the tournament work My friend also has the app but only my character shows up And yes my friend is on my friends list online Can you also make it so that we could upload our scores in the game My computer lags wayyy to much for this to even be playable Thanks I want to complete the bingo board A few issues

So I love the game and its fun but when I try to transfer any ecoins or stars it says the Internet is having problems even though I can get on any other Internet thing I can still play the game get on other apps that require Internet but I cant transfer anything to my fantage acc please fix I cant transfer

So I purchased some ecoins about 499 worth and it says transaction successful but when I checked my balance the ecoins didnt show up So then I tried clicking restore but nothing happened it wouldnt load I then went to the App Store to check my account balance to see if I still had my money but it had taken the 499 I was really confused and frustrated so I tested on buying the 099 pack of ecoins and waited to see if the ecoins would appear Again it said transaction successful but then another bubble popped up saying failed Still nothing I went back to the App Store and checked my balance on my iTunes It had subtracted the 099 as well Im really upset and frustrated that this was a waste of my money and time Theres 598 I spent on nothing I want a refund Ecoins purchase refund
