So after playing a game for 45 minutes there was a rack on the left hand side with the butterfly on it that they opened up and got the last puzzle piece out Our rock would not open so we spent 45 minutes of our time to not be able to finish this puzzle My sister played it and I played it I need the Rockwood open         Rock did not open Tena adams
