By default the app sacrifices some of the finer intricacies for extremely fast rendering However you can increase the number of iterations in the advanced settings making it far more useful                     More useful than I thought An Angry Composer

I think the reviewers who pronounce this lame are way off mark I ve taken it down to incredible zoom in levels and it was quite speedy and beautiful It may depend on your hardware platform I m using an iPad 2in this case I d like to try it on a iPad 3                     fun piece of software Codger88

Compared to Fractile this app is slow doesn t have as many color options and zooming takes longer to redraw Setting iterations to 1024 is noticeably slower than the 4096 setting in Fractile Plus it seems this app is in part a means to advertise the vendor s chess apps         Lame Lewlew111

This is a review of version 1 0 0 of Fast Fractal In case anyone is unclear this is not a game This app does exactly what the description says and is darn fast too I remember when it would take a high powered PC over an hour just to draw a portion of a fractal At the time of this writing the app is free and does not have an ad bar menu ad is entirely forgivable 5 stars for portable fractal awesomeness                     Not sure why this app doesn t have a better overall rating Mystima
