I have lost over 20 pounds using intermittent fasting This app is helpful to keep track of fasts I was not able to tolerate the ads so I bought pro right away 199 it also lets you enter a fast in progress and other useful stuff              Helps me keep track of fasting

Bought this app to track my ADF but this app is lacking the features I wanted including calorie tracker Basically all this does it allows you to schedule your fasts and track weight There are much better apps for that Dont bother upgrading all it allows you to do is ditch the adds set a passcode and goals I want my 2 back     Dont bother

This product is great Tracks body fat weight and even custom measurements If youre serious about IF this is for you                 Makes my 222 fast doable Cant live without it

I have been using this app for a while now Small learning curve but not bad I use the weekly fast scheduling It would be nice if a 1520 min Fast ending reminder would popup and allow you to extend your fast for x minutes Its not difficult to edit post fast but would be more user friendly              Great Fasting App

Love it Very inspiring even if I skip a fast dont fast at all I can still use the charts and graphs createdtailored to my specific currentstart height weight along with my dietexercise regimenbecause the app will then create instantly a projected due date graphs of all sorts you can either acknowledge or ignore that will show you when youll reach your wanted goal weight by simply inputting your weightdaily or weekly whenever itll display your efforts or lack of keeps me on track by seeing where I am and where I want to be and knowing that if the lines and numbers arent moving means I need to switch things up app charts everything pertinent to reaching your goala visual report card showing you exactly how your hard works paying off breaks down everything its just awesome try it if your not impressed its as easy to delete as it was to download Stormy                 Whatll it hurt

Overall very well establish app Does everything one in there right mind would want to have who are in to this lifestyle one down note though can open set fast for 48hrs Wouldnt be a bad idea to be able to administer more hrs UNLIMITED                 Exceptional

App is usefull for tracking fasts but offers a lot of annoying options Most annoying of all is the cloying nonusefull green or blue exploding dot that you cant turn off while your track is running A visual count like a circle or line would be so much better The whole app is just too cerebral Im using it less and less Found a better anternative to use for visual tracking but it doesnt keep a history Hopefully they will inprove this one or Ill stop using it        Annoying

I am new to intermittent fasting and its working for me much better than tracking calories I upgraded to pro and I like that I can schedule my recurring fasts However I wish there were an option to enter a fast retroactively I have forgotten to track my fasts and you can only start a new one              Helpful Pro upgrade

Ive only used this for a three day fast so far Its a good motivator when your progress is displayed The only area Im not thrilled with is body measurement tracking But thats not its main purpose anyway              Very good Needs slight imptovements

This application has helped me fast before but when I got pro I was counting calories setting goals and due dates Ive lost 10lbs thanks to the help from this app And all the pro features have helped I recommend this app to anyone who needs help fasting Xx                 Better then anything else

I do like this app quite a bit although when tracking a fast I wish you had the option of 24 hour time or just hours For example Started at date a 1940 Ended at date b 1253 I wish i could chose an option for it to just say fasted for x amount of hours started on day a ended on day b              Pretty useful

This is a great application I use it fairly regularly and now that Im a pro member it is even better It allows you to predict when you will hit your personal goals and as long as you keep up your weight loss it is actually very accurate 1010 I love this application                 Awesome app
