I may like the app but on trying to make the in app purchase the little processing circle keeps turning for hours and will not complete the purchase There is no email support until you do the purchase and I cannot find a way to contact the company other than through a review Unable to make in App purchase

Generally a good programexcept and is a big except it will not rotate from portrait to landscape mode For those of us who use keyboards which fix the IPAD in landscape orientation this leads to crimped necks and crossed eyes as we try to read the screens Ive dropped the program for that reason If the designers ever add automatic rotation to their program Ill be glad to return could be better

I downloaded this app to fax claim forms to AFLAC It was 5 pages after cover sheet It seemed to work but I never got delivery confirmation and AFLAC didnt receive anything I opened the app to try again same 5 pages I got an email that there was an error and to try again When I opened the app I was unable to try again because my 10 free pages were all used up despite not having any documents sent successfully Unsuccessful and Free Credits Gone

Needed to send a fax to a potential employer while at work awkward and this app allowed me to do it quickly and privately Seriously considering purchasing the full version Just the ticket

This service is amazing I just signed up within a minute I have a fax number and was able to send faxes Piece of cake and the best part its totally free Great product

Cant say how many stars this appservice deserves The free trial allows you to receive twentyfive pages but only send five The limits should be flipped to adequately test the services reliability Lets face it you dont want to receive a fax when you have your currenttechnology devices A fax is something you send when the recipient cant accept digital files or emails for liability reasons Even if this appservice is reliable it is affordable only to someone that faxes often in a year There should be a monthly subscription option for those who dont need the 75 per year service Trial is inadequate monthly subscription option would be welcome

The fact that I was lying in bed and woke up and realized I had to send a fax immediately and was able to do so within literally 1 minute is awesome I cannot express how great this app is Not sure how many free faces it allows but its a great tactic I will purchase when need be 6 starscustomer for life

Now who has a home phone almost nobody For me the problem was that I needed a phone to send and receive faxes so I thought I needed to send some important documents couldnt hook up my printer to a iPhone and send faxes so I down loaded the app saved me from head aches trying to figure out how to do it very simple secure from my phone Keep up the great work its worth it Life Saver

IMPORTANT NOTE After installing this App and registering for my Free account I sent a 4 page fax Shortly thereafter I discovered that Im ONLY allowed 5 Pages of free faxing After that they ask you to pay 7999 per year What a joke They might as well have said 14 Billion per year as the likelihood of me paying either amount is the same What an absolutely ridiculous price for an antiquated technology that I may only use a few time per year Take my advice and dont bother with this App Its a scam Insane Pricing NOT free

The app works great and I like the UI however the pricing models currently offered are not ideal There needs to be an allacart option inapp to purchase additional send pages Works great Needs different pricing models

I like that you can log in on different devices with the same account I use it on my phone and my wife can use it at home and that way we DONT have to pay for 2 account That saves us money Easy to use Very useful Replaces the fax machine

They send you an email with an unencrypted copy of your fax So much for security This is the reason many people send and receive faxes because they think they are more secure NOT FOR SENSITIVE INFO

I have a Pro subscription in order to get a permanent Fax number Receiving works well Sending though is a major pain I have been trying to send for almost a week now Support does respond to email but the app itself does not support IOS cutpaste for text documents or even fax numbers I would give it 5 stars if it did support IOS better It does support Dropbox but learning how to put a document file into Dropbox is a whole other issue Receives great sending does not support IOS devices well

I just paid for the service and email fax is not working App faxes do not work Nothing works and no support on the weekends or at all This is a scam I just hope I get my money back Stay away from this app and this company or get BURNED like I did Doesnt work Dont get burned

Tried sending a fax twice and was emailed both times that it failed The fax number is correct I verified Now Im over my limit of free faxes and have to buy the full version This is a scam Dont download Scam

Zero stars The app said that my fax was sending and that Id receive an email update on its status The email never arrived and there is nowhere to view your sent faxes or the status of a fax So now I have no idea if my fax was sent and will have to send again with a different fax service obviously potentially spamming my doctors office with multiple versions of the same fax Did it send

I tried this app to get records from my vet They could could only use fax so I thought this would be perfect I got the app setup and received a number but unfortunately the number did not work The app seems simple and easy to use and has a good UI but in this case it was useless Did not work

The app is great but I only give 2 stars because it claim to be free up to 25 pages per month but unfortunately that is not the case I have sent maybe 4 pages and now is giving me an error message claiming that I will go over the limit and it forces you to go to pay version it was too good to be true Claim to be free

Ive had the upgraded app for 6months and had 100 success with receiving faxes from 4 primary customers 2 months ago it went to 50 success with the app not accepting their sent fax with their fax machine making several attempts to connect Now Im at 0 success all senders making multiple call attempts with this app not connecting Customer support has changed my number 3 times suggesting it was a bad number and now they say some faxs just dont work Why the change They offered no solution except to refund last months 995 What Happened

I was skeptical at first but this app actually works If you dont send or receive a lot fax I would highly recommend using this app Its FREE and it WORKS It works

I attempted to send the same fax twice 1 page fax plus cover sheet and only the cover sheet went through This was to a hospital so Im pretty sure their fax works Plus I called the number and the fax picked up Anyhow tech support was so kind to tell me that they dont offer support or help when your on the non paying plan So my 5 free faxes were wasted But I could upgrade and they would help me troubleshoot Why would I do that if your service didnt work Use another app Didnt work for me

It forces you to use the cover page which is littered with their logos and this also counts against your pages sent count Also has a From line with no way to add your name I bought the annual term and feel good about its functionality The cover page should be optional and should give the user the option to add their own logo and web address across the top Great Appbut

Its a good app but is says that you have 5 free pages a day for outbound faxing Well they didnt say that they count the cover page they provide So if you have 3 different fax numbers thats automatically 3 cover pages which only leaves you with two pages left to fax They shouldnt count their cover page Cheated out of my fax

Not sure if Ive already reviewed this app but its so good I had to make sure I posted a review so apologies if my name is up here twice Im not trying to fudge the ratings This app is amazing in a pinch For those of us on the go that need to receive faxes quickly Im just thrilled with this I admit that the full fax number access is expensive but Ive never needed to receive or send more than whats allowed on the free trial so for me it works perfectly VERY user friendly and no glitches works perfectly after every update and Ive had it for over a year Can easily and clearly receive faxes and then email copies wherever they need to go Even keeps old faxes on file Highly recommend it Really awesome
