Its great to be able to print from my phone Kudos to FedEx for the idea But there are lots of little things that they are Quality Assurance people need to review For example you can set a default for print options but you have to manually approve each one Lots of details like this would make the app much easier to use That said Im going to keep using it           A real convenience but lots of rough edges

The only thing this app does now is crash     Crash

I deleted this app a few months ago because I was so frustrated but today I decided to give it another try and Im so glad I did The improvements Fedex made are just what this app needed                 Great Improvements Have Been Made

Okay app in theory however if you schedule a pick up you have to wait at least two hours before a copy of your document is printed Thats right a single document not a poster or other specialty print jobs just the standard bw 8x10 copier job Wish there was a disclaimer given before purchase as the user is already prompted to fulfill the required minimum purchase before the job is even accepted How about giving a person the option to keep their money and print elsewhere Since onthego printing is clearly a misnomer regarding this service They should clearly state simple documents available for pick up in as few as two hours and quite likely much more than that Inconvenient convenience to say the least     Okay in theory

The actual app works ok Its the FedEx customer service that ruins the process Ive been to four different FedEx office locations for pickup and every time employees are confounded by this app They tell me I have not paid for my printing although I have already paid via the app They say I need to go to one of their printing stations and do it myself and pay with a credit card If FedEx is going to put out an app like this they need to let their employees in on it     Customer service kills this app

The application is weak It keep closing on me while attempting to add images to my cart I have 8 pictures I must print and ship to a friend Cant even handle that App needs A LOT of help     Weak app

Location services do not work on app Keeps saying it could not find any centers Theres a FedEx center down the block from but the app will not show itcant do an online order for pickup     Location services do not work

The navigation is good But the app changed the order I had two documents both laminated Total order before check out 739 At checkout the finish was removed and the total was 459 I went back and updated it Changed again No explanation No way to do it how I wanted Disappointed        Mobile app changes order

Basic functions are ok and I love the convenience to send for printing However the most basic function crashes the app I cant scroll through my pictures without crashing completely        Cant scroll through pictures without crashing

Pretty simple to use in theory but there is always some obstacle The initial account setup was tedious and lengthy The first time I used it it let me pay with a credit card to print my order 021 because theres no option to pay cash at store Now its saying I need to spend a minimum of 100 Where did that come from The only way to get the pay at store option is to write in special instructions This time I just wrote in I just want to pay cash at the store but the app wont let me Take that stupid app I echo the other reviewer who said there is no sense of urgency at the stores Just seems like they are always taking their sweet time with another customer or doing whatever in the back when I am obviously standing there in need of assistance Its also buggy with the Internet connection It often says no internet connection when you submit a form or the notice just pops up randomly There is no actual problem with the Internet The lack of connection only lasts for a few seconds but it slows down an already lengthy process just to print out a dang sheet of paper        Pain

This is a great app for when youre on the go need to print something while youre out of town I just wish it would work on the emails onin the mail app              Fast print

Just let me print from the printer without submitting a print job and entering all of my info A simple enter a code at the copier will do     Absolute garbage

I love this app I use it all of the time find it easy to use I dont wait for an estimated print time to be given to me I always just politely ask in the special instructions if I can have my doc printed at a specific time for someone to call me if that wont be possible its never been a problem The experience when picking up however could be better It always looks like my stuff has been misplaced and there is no sense of urgency shown by the employees The pickup process is too long but Ill keep using it                 Awesome app Less than awesome employees

I needed to print some last minute parts sheet music I was looking for a way to transport the file to the store but then I discovered this app I had two files from emails that I sent directly to the app via iPhone mail and I also had a pdf from the internet that I sent directly from the safari app on iPhone without saving it to my phone or emailing it to myself I didnt have to do anything extra than u would have done to print it from my own printer which is out of ink Perfect Thanks fedex Plus I was able to adjust my preferences of paper so that the cost was decreased considerably Although the many options were great to let me know for future projects                 Easy and quick

So convenient to track my shipment and I can take advantage of printing my document at any FedEx thats really fantastic                 Its a great one

Scroll features are very clunky especially when selecting from the very limiting access of the camera roll     Low functioning
