Its been my favorite RSS reader for nearly six years However there are some serious defects in the app On my iPhone 6 if I open the app when my phone is 100 and let it sit I will be at 50 in just a few hours even though my phone locks at five minutes Seemingly it does not go into non active background but stays in active backgroundforeground and just destroys battery life with all its fetching           Beat replacement for GReader destroys battery

Feeddler was previously my most used app but since the paid upgrade for iOS 8x the builtin browser is useless for reading the actual web page associated with an RSS article web pages constantly refresh while youre trying to read images and media on the page appear and disappear at random as you read and scroll down the browser will continually jump back to the top of the page The only workaround is to open and read the web page in Safari requiring you leave Feeddler and return over and over and over PLEASE fix this issue     Builtin BROWSER BROKEN on iOS 8x

Ive tried a LOT of RSS readers including Reeder and this one is by far my favorite Love the style easy to read works great etc Its the one                 Simply the best

Too much time is spent waiting for syncs to happen and its got trouble with embedded videos Still its the best laid out RSS reader and one of the most used apps on my phone and iPad                 Better than the rest but not done yet

Ive been using this for well over a year and have probably 20x feeds I monitor The app works well and I appreciate the developer including a Night Mode I send a lot of articles to social media and the URL shortening is particularly handy I have recommended this to many friends who also love it                 Absolutely Awesome

It took me a while to find an RSS reader that would just feed me easytoread text This is it Other feed readers focus on visuals on trying to look like magazines with giant pictures and gray type Young designers dont get it but anyone over 40 knows this is absurdly hard to read Feeddler gets it right Black text Pinch to make font smaller unpinch to make font bigger Simple The interface is clean Lists of articles can show up to four lines of preview text so you can quickly see whether you want to read the whole article If not mark it as read with a tap Ive tried many many feed readers This is the best one for simplicity and readability              Great for old eyes

I love the simplicity of the app which delivers all of the blogs I love without the ads I dont                 One stop for all of my blogs

I fell for the hype and tried Reeder but it is slow and harder to read visually by comparison Have been using RSS apps for years and this is first time I tried this app Very fast great options and visually my favorite Only request would be being able to switch between night and day themes on the fly from within an article rather than from main settings page Still easily 5 stars and well worth 5                 The best

Great app as its always been However it often reloads articles multiple times or refreshes which takes you back to the top of the article This bug needs attention           Good but needs work

Ive tried a few feed readers and this is by far my favorite one Ive used Feeddler Pro since its previous version built for previous iOSs and paid for this update without hesitation I like the clean new interface and the way I can customize my feeds into folders Its easy to see at a glance which feeds have new posts making this app the first thing I check on my phone when I wake up for an interesting article to coax me out of bed My only complaints are 1 The option to switch between RSS and website view seems to be glitching so that I must use the Open in Safari option to view a full website sometimes and 2 The Evernote integration no longer saves the entire text of the articleit still lets you add tags and select a notebook but only saves the URL in a new note now My workaround is to open the article I want to save in Safari and then use the EverWeb Web Clipper app to save the article to Evernote the way I want it              My favorite RSS feed app

I loved this app but the constant reloading of the page makes reading impossibly frustrating Please fix this I have been using this reader for years but will soon have to abandon it I was happy to pay the 499 for the latest Pro 2 version but this one bug is making it unusable 5 stars for a working browser     Builtin browser is broken

Feeddler pro is a fine reader Easy to use and easily managed Worth the price                 Works like a charm

This is my favorite RSS reader Its strengths are that it is very fast you can pinch and unpinch to set the font size easily and precisely and it has a very readable typeface Another strength is its Full Text view which shows the full article nicely formatted and usually with any pictures without going to the built in browser Another plus is that the current browser seems better than the last one but sometimes doesnt work at all and still lacks a reader feature The apps weakness is that Full Text view very often isnt Some feeds with long RSS entries are treated as full text when they arent Others dont render correctly at all and the content is unreadable I pointed this out to the developer last year and very little was done to improve things Also unlike more contemporary readers theres no search function which is really unsatisfactory with the new hooks available in iOS 9 The takeaway is that this is a handy RSS reader but it cant be your only one or youll miss a lot of what youre trying to read              A really good RSS reader usually

This app is great all around Fast easy and many options Only thing is missing is adjust article font size You can only adjust menu font size for some reason Other than that its the best rss reader around Thanks              I use everyday

This is a great RSS reader nicely designed and easy to use It also has excellent support for assistive technologies something I greatly appreciate since I am visually handicapped Its quite flexible and allows me to push articles to other applications with ease Heck if it supported Voice Dream my life would be just about perfect                 Seriously one of my favorite apps

Its still a good news reader but the developer decided to break one of the most useful features in the most recent update I used to be able to save an article to Pocket with one touch I modified the options so that Pocket was the first sharing option because I used it most often Now I must navigate to the end of the list of services select more and only then can I find the button for Pocket Couldnt leave well enough alone Can I have the last version back please        Broken by needless update

Use daily like how you have kept it simple all this time I dont like the overly complex layouts of competing readers                 Still an Excellent app

I tried a few others and this one was best Worth what yo paid for it when the Google rss thing got killed plus the hassle of setting up an oldreader account Only feature I wish it had was a way to automatically mark as read any new items that have specific words in the title open thread for example But no rss reader has such a feature so I cant really complain that this one doesnt Five stars                 Solid RSS reader

There is a bug that causes the app to reload articles while you are reading them on many popular sites Its every five seconds or so making reading impossible This has been an acknowledged bug for months now which is weak for a pay app The free version never did this     Refreshes often during midread

This is working great with the larger screen of the new 6 Plus enabling me to move much of my RSS reading from the iPad under Mr Reader an excellent app to the iPhone The extra portability is great Im quite pleased and will be sending direct feedback for feature additions and bug fixes to the developer Update Still working a treat              Best RSS reader for 6 Plus on iOS 8

Were the days without Feeddler waiting for the ios8 upgrade I am an over the road truck driver I depend on the news weather and certain blogs for a safe productive work day everyday 7 days a week 365 days a year This app is a must for everything in one clear concise spot                 The longest few days of my life

This is the app the forces me to stick with Apples products There is nothing better for keeping up with all the news that I am interested in The latest upgrade to the app unfortunately has taken a step back by removing Instapaper from the direct send to list It is still available however to send an article to Instapaper you now need to make four clicks instead of two for each article you save That being said I still find this as the best RSS reader out there and support it with four stars              I love the app However

Different fonts different font size especially for full text view It has been a reliable app I paid it again for v2 but I think the improvements are minimal Would love to see more dramatically improved features              Need more font control

Ive been using this app on my iPhone and iPad for years but since the new version full article views on many of my favorite sites constantly reload and return me to the top of the article This makes it impossible to read the full article It also does not play videos within the reader I wrote to the developer about these issues but havent seen any signs of improvement yet So far my workaround has been opening the article in Safari back to Feeddler and repeat What a pain           Tests my patience

Love the app and have had it a few years Recently Ive had a sporadic problem where the feeds have no shortened links when I try to post to Twitter Anyone else have this problem Ive emailed support but get no response              Great App
