This app has a lot of thought put into it They cover almost every base needed its quick has some great features to boot I suggest for the next update I would like to see a list of feeds to choose from as cheezy as that seems it would make life all the most popular rss feeds and a feed search engine then it would be 6 stars Its well worth the and I got it on sale The best reader app in the store thanx guys for the app Nice job                 Great reader
Update still the only app I know that allows me with one push of a button to format a la Instapaper all of the blogs and news sources that I have preselected so that I can read them off line in the morning on the train on my way to work This app isnt perfect but its unique I wanted an app that would automatically grab the most recent rss feeds from a few dozen of my favorite blogs and news sources every morning so that I could read them on the Metro on my way to work or on a flight without Internet access A lot of apps do that but they only store snippets of most web sites not the full text For a few years I used Instapaper for this purpose Instapaper reformats posts and articles so that they are easy to read on an iPhone or iPad But a while ago Instapaper stopped supporting the feature that allowed me to predesignate the sites I wanted to update every morning Now Instapaper requires readers to take the time to individually select the blogs or articles we want to store FeedHopper is the only App I could find as a replacement It formats articles just as well as Instapaper and it actually takes less time in the morning to download all of my selected sites than Instapaper does It is a little buggy sometimes duplicating articles and occasionally crashing But hey its the only app that does what I need and it does it well                 Unique feature
fast and reliable I found it fun but also useful It even has an option I just found last night to create the full blog post instead of those little snippets some sites put in their feeds that rocks Just some quick impressions am not much of a writer I dont really use google reader so I am glad this app lets you have your own feeds and not just google See the up and down buttons on the example screen shots of an article Your thumb can rest over those as you tap through the articles                 very complete package
I have been using FH for a long time and I really like it Only wish is that they bring back the old logo I loved the frog There are updates frequently because they are always adding new features and improvements Responsive to feedback too Keep up the great work                 Bring back the frog
Has trouble with some feeds XML format Hangs iPad and requires a hard reboot to recover     Crashes iPad
Do not buy this app if you want to use it for podcasts     Horrible podcast support
Very impressive Well done                 Awesome
Great app Highly recommended                 Great app
1 Needs a settings icon in each feed next to the trashcheckmark reload microphone and places icons and needs to download more than 20 as default behavior 2 A load all for all feeds icon would be welcome 3 Options should be available during feed updates 4 It seems like there should be a press and hold option for each feed to get to the settings 5 automatic Feed icons would be cool they are there but you have to look for them 6 Needs more than 400 items per feed display how many you have unread when its over 20 I set it for 400 now it doesnt display an unread number Other than that the layout is great and easy to read              Needs a settings icon and needs to download more than 20 as default behavior
I enjoy the interface and overall design of the app but the lack of folder support and the speed when handling a large number of feeds is unfortunately a deal breaker for me Ill be keeping an eye out for future updates        Not a bad start but
Some free readers are better then this cant add notes in google reader feeds and it doesnt download pictures for offline reading What a rip This app blows and now Im stuck with it Thanks crapple     Not good
FeedHopper works great imported my opml file with no problem one of the few iPad RSS apps that will do so Easy enough to set up folders organize Works just right for my needs                 Great for iPad imports OPML
Excellent appDoes exactly what it says it will do                 Awesome
Ive been trying every RSS reader for the iPad in an effort to find one thats as good as Googles own mobile interface This is a fairly nice app but its not the one Id stick with It does let you import Google feeds one category at a time which is a little slow when you have as many as I do It does not allow you to read entire folders at once like the Google interface does which to me is a miss I like having a stream of all my Tech feeds together for example or sometimes just the most recent articles from all my feeds In Feedhopper Im confined to reading one feed at a time unless theres a hidden option otherwise Setup was a little wonky at first I was unable to click on the filing cabinet icon all the icons were greyed out to edit and remove the feeds I checked the Dyerware website but many of the links to forums threw a 403 error I couldnt even post a comment Restarting the program fixed that issue and then I was able to delete the included feeds and sort the imported ones Overall Feedhopper is one of the better RSS readers but not the Googlekiller I had hoped for At least this time I was only out 2 for being an eager early adopter           Still not the one
This is the most dynamic RSS reader in the app store You can manualy add RSS feeds search for feeds and importsync with Google Reader It also allows you to organize your feeds into categories This is definetly the best RSS reader for the iPad                 Excellent RSS reader
It works great and easy to use              Good
Feedhopper is quick colorful and fun I like the iPad layout and the article preview thumbnails Very much like Newsrack However it is not as complete as the old MobileRSS which could save images FH still cannot sad to say but a fatal flaw in the crowded field of GR wannabees FH still cannot not pinch zoom images like NR or like GR nor could FH save images like GR or Mobilerss Cmon guys how hard can this be So far not a single feed reader for the iPad can save images from a feed like GR Since Mobilerss 2 came out and crippled image saves WTF and still often crashes on the iPad Why cant River of News save images LOVE that interface but cant save or zoom or preview images Cmon guys how hard can this be no I mean reallyhow hard is that If you want be better than GR you HAVE to be better than GR How can all these apps be an improvement over GR when not one can save images like GR The double and triple finger antics are a royal pain to do for hundreds of articles Copy River of News and do the single swipe up and sideways to quickly navigate           A nice start but still way short
Great appdefinitely get it              Great
After a week with feedhopper I am very happy with it and it has become my default RSS reader Works as expected very reliable                 Gets the job done
Tts okay Worth to try it           Okay
Ive been looking for a podcast app more than an RSS reader so I had taken this as a possible application for that But there were problems before I even got to that point Google Reader doesnt work for some reason In the Internet search feeds the space bar inexplicably disappears Navigation is strange in the app as well If youre going for an RSS reader Newsrack beats it hands down If youre looking for a podcast downloader like me then youll probably still be looking     Not quite good
Does exactly what it sayshighly recommed it                 Great app
After spending a lot of time looking for an RSS reader that is not tied to Google Reader which I do not use a coworker told me about feedHopper It is exactly what I was looking for I was able to add an OPML file with my feeds very easily and adding new feeds is a breeze I also appreciate the podcast support I can download and listen later or stream immediately I highly recommend feedHopper                 Very good value
The best RSS Reader I have purchased Read It Later Instapaper and Evernote upload links are fantastic Many other features and great support and improvements make this App a winner                 Feedhopper Makes Reading and Organizing Easy
I like this app generally It certainly provides access to whatever ones interests might be It crashes though and occasionally also deletes all of the articles in the then selected source Which means it has to be relaunched and refreshed It would also be nice to be able to delete multiple articles at once rather than the oneatatime or all of them choices we have now           Nice but needs some work
It works really wellWorth the price                 Nice app
The interface is better than some but buggy Ie When you select all as read it exits out of the app Im annoyed at the lack of good readers with Google Reader implementation        Interface Cool but
I have been using this app along with one more RSS reader for the past 1 week This app has an unique interface It takes some time getting used to the interface but I feel it is quite good I have not had any crashes so far Waiting for google reader account support in a future update              Pretty nice
Im pretty love this appquite useful for me                 Great App
Simply the best news reader with great customer support Hands down the best I have used                 Best news reader for iPad
The app cant edit source     Dont recommend to buy
the interface is simple and well executed the browser is fast the load times are fast and not clunky like a lot of the other rss readers out there and a great value for only two bucks                 simply the best rss reader hands down
I really like this app Works great and easy to use                 Great
