After completing the first time log in and changed my password via desktop browser it was not possible to log in through the new FHB App Super frustrating Now that I ve checked the reviews at the Apple Store it became ovious that this is a App problem from the FHB end I cannot give any rating since I wasn t able to even log in let alone to evaluate the functionality of the new App With such a long wait time when calling the Online Banking Support I am not sure when I will be able to even find out how to go about this big problem     Cannot log in on the new App Herve808

They launched the app and had the old mobile banking app not work this I don t understand because if this was the first time for the new app to launch why discontinue the old one Now none of the apps work and the only way I can log on to online banking is through safari or my computer It s a big bummer I m getting so frustrated might switch banks because when BOH updated their app They did not have this problem And I know because I had an account with them previously FHB is making me rethink my choices here This is unprofessional Even if they came out with a new upgraded system they shouldn t have shut down the old app     Bad update Reese ayers
