The app simply doesnt work on iPad I successfully use the Fidelity app for iPhone and it works great Why the app for iPad is a total waste I cant imagine The iPad app crashes immediately upon attempted log in Sure doesnt enhance my relationship w Fidelity Very disappointed Total Waste of Time
Great app from Fidelity Easy to use and great for making trades I can watch the markets and get my portfolio anywhere at anytime I also like the alerts that get sent right to my phone Easy to use
If I want to move cash from my accounts to my bank I must go to the PC version Makes the portable version very inconvenient to use especially when traveling for several weeks Also other features missing So the iPad version is just an informational toy not a serious app Cant transfer cash into bank

Defect fixes BillPay is still broken and unusable When you try to enter an amount the keyboard shifts to the top of the screen and hides the top half Which of course includes the numbers Exasperating Bill Pay STILL broken
This used to be a valuable and quality app In this latest version it crashes upon log in every time Crashes on log in
Everytime I try to put in more than one alert it crashes I put in the first one it saves and confirms it and then when I put the symbol in for the second one it crashes Only thing Ive found that doesnt work for me Crashes setting alerts
It is cluttered and confusing Fidelity have lots of meaningless junk on the app does not make it easy or friendly Two star rating you have to be bad to get that Ill stick with the computer version not this iPad app Confusing mess
Where do I begin Well maybe with the fact that it crashes about 50 of the time Thats enough reason to hate it But beyond that it has NO vision accessibility features for the iPad version For someone like me with impaired vision it is unreadable without a magnifying glass reader or other reading assistant so just as I gear up my reading assist device it crashes Id like to rate it 0 stars if that was an option 41515 The above review was written a23 months ago and the problems remain I think Fidelity either doesnt care doesnt have capable staff to correct or is ignoring its customers There can be no other explanations with repeated and overwhelming 1star ratings Lousy App
Nice look to it but missing too much functionality Cant sort positions by column headings and it doesnt allow me to access my registered credit card account to mention a couple Like other reviewers I prefer to use the website version I cant see that changing unless the app gets a lot more sophisticated and complete Pretty but
The prior version was much better Very difficult to navigate and its not just a learning curve issue Terrible New version terrible
I never use the website anymore but I do wish that I could set the opening page to the one I prefer instead of being a few clicks away from it Does the job

Fidelity please put some smart intuitive app designers on this Redesign this completely This is poor It is so awkward counterintuitive clumsy and confusing All over and throughout Let users chose to have the app remember their password for one so people actually use it and not defer to the website The check deposit is nice Good But does not show recent uncollected billpays
My version on IOS 81 is stable and bug free great display of the many portfolios I run And good customizable charts including candles also the BEST news sources tied to both portfolio positions and overall worldwide news that I rely upon in trading the news is accurate very fast and from established reliable sources Stable a informative portfolios Good Customizable Charts
Try to do a transfer It flashes loading accounts Then a menu says select account but no accounts are shown Ridiculous excuse for an app App does not work

In the iPad version I constantly get a message that touch ID cannot be used because of a recent restart when in fact no recent restart has occurred iPad Air 2 iOS 83 Touch ID Problem
After the last update it does not recognize that I have an account although I have had one for over 20 years Bad update
Have to agree with other reviews Crashed three times with initial use Placed two orders and then it showed zero orders opened I had to sign on via a browser to see open orders Deleted app day after install due to unreliability of the app and its inability to show order status Horrible App

Do not bother downloading It is one of the most unfriendly menus Ive ever seen It is also full of ads and useless pollution on about every page Disappointing Its a mess
I have Touch ID turned off for this app but every time I open the app it asks me to set up Touch ID Very annoying Also the positions page does not give me a total change for the day Other than that the app is okay Touch ID problem
If everything could be as reliable as this app the world would be a very happy place indeed Brilliant
I used to like this app However now I cant see my individual positions I can see what stocks I am invested in but not how much I have of each I cant even see how much free cash I have to invest Bad update
I dont know who is designing your app and the desktop version but they need to be fired Each modification take the software further from a good design I have been using Fidelity for several years I have registered my complaints on a regular basis When I enter the system I want to simply see my accounts along with each stock bond mutual fund etcetera You can ask to see all of the other charts and crap if want to see it It is extremely difficult to get anything done Please improve this system It is ridiculous The information you highlight is useless for evaluating your portfolio or executing trades Fidelity app gets worse with every change
I tend not to use the app since it has so many things missing compared to the website or active trader version Have to learn a whole new ui and then find out you cant do half of the stuff on it anyways I just end up using the web or active trader versions instead Charts are horrible on the app compared to the other versions Too many things missing compared to website or active trader version
The app continuously pesters me for a password Some features are useful but many are broken or just get in the way For example the visual watch list shows completely wrong information and even if it worked correctly would only be a nuisance that gets in the way of navigating to the actual watch list Password Prompt Every 30 Minutes
Never in all my years as a computer systems analyst have seen a such a bad user interface Although visually stunning the interface is a confusing morass of graphics with clicks and swipes that lead not to information but more confusion Please redesign it and leave the Minority Report like interface to science fiction weather reporters and CNN Makes confusing subject matter impossible
Considering they are in the Financial Services industry the iPhone check deposit feature causes the app to get a failing grade Their system was unable to process my hand printed check for deposit despite successfully reading and acknowledging it Moreover I had also successfully deposited previous checks using the app The worst is because of their poor app design I have been relegated to some sort of Fidelity Purgatory and can only use snail mail or inperson deposits going forward as the deposit feature in the app has locked up in my account Seems unbelievable but you cant make this stuff up Dont Waste Your Time

I manage 6 different Fidelity accounts with assets under management of over 100 million dollars I finally succumbed to frustration and downloaded this app since Fidelity constantly logged me out in the middle of a session when logged in thru Safari on my iPad I tried to sell a covered call in Apple and the app refused to take my limit order I had to place a market order The user interface is also quite poor Why cant they just mimic the standard user interface Everyone knows how to magnify when they see something in small font they need to magnify Anyway I would give this a minus 1 if we could go negative Fidelity fix this or I will take my business elsewhere God awful bad
Still having problems getting logged in It will not let me get to the log in have deleted and downloaded several times and I cannot get to the log in without being able to log in the app is pretty useless Wont give me lLog In Screen
Most annoying I have to enter my name and password at least twice EVERY time Not up to Fidelity standards Fix it before nobody uses it anymore Not good
Warning if you use this app to place trades the stock price quotes are delayed by 15 to 20 minutes Ive never seen a trading platform use delayed quotes before This is just plain stupid Delayed Stock Quotes
The updated version of the iPad version of this app still shows only the gainloss on the Portfolio Summary The iPhone version of this app shows both and gainloss but it still shows only on the most recent update of the iPad app I have been communicating with the development team and they said it would be available on the next update but it didnt happen Can you please get this fixed iPad mini version still doesnt show gainloss

While using the app on iOS 8 the login could remember multiple accounts All I had to was open the app select which account I wanted to view put in the password and go But since updating to iOS 9 the login will not keep more than one account number If you select Remember Me it grays out the user name and will not allow the addition of any more user names Please update and fix this bug Broken Login Feature
The Touch ID option is nice Makes it easy to log into my account Nice addition of Touch ID
App works really well Cant perform all tasks through app however For some tasks have to go to website Not a hindrance but took awhile to understand this after trying to find way to perform certain tasks through the app Great app

I have been watching this app for years and change happens at a crawl The flow of the app is hard to follow The technical chart is a joke it would be better to convert the website to HTML 5 and scrap the app I have It is a shame that a financial company wastes so much money on this app when there is a cheaper simpler solution DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS APP What have you done
Ive had virtually no issues with the Fidelity app The feature set is quite good although I would like to see access to the reports that are available on the website Fortunately the web site is readily accessible when I need more detailed information Otherwise I can do nearly everything else including trading and measuring performance on my portfolio The bottom line this app is quality Its stable and I use it virtually every day Really good product
