My company makes us use this app for scheduling and for field tech to write our service reports It has been almost 6 months using this app and I have nothing but issues with syncing with the CRM notes disappearing after syncing and having to rewrite them again travel and start times stamps not always working correctly when the app is online and wifi and cell signal your WO schedule disappears until syncing is complete This can sometimes take minutes or never appear in poor cell areas or in buildings Another issue with syncing I have notice lately since we have been using this app for 6 months is the receive time and percentage is taking longer and longer To me it seems like it is receiving all the WO data for the past 6 months Wish there was a way to to tell the app how far back to sync to Another issue is the app sometimes crashes on it s own at the worst time when you are in the middle of writing a report or when it is syncing When that happens you loss your notes when this happens Also when I do get a error and it ask if I would like to email this report When I do the email for FieldOne support doesn t work Undeliverable     Daily problems using FieldOne SynMan

Since I have installed the latest iPhone update this app is no longer working and crashes when opening and will not even load This same thing happened a while back with a different iPhone update and took forever to fix It seems like this happens every time an iPhone update is released Please leave 1 star reviews until this issue is fixed     Latest iPhone Update Causes App Crash Jay-T

We are going on not days or weeks but now months with no fix for app to work with IOS9 This company does not have their act together IOS9 does not work and still no resolution three weeks later There mapping tools are sub par and has a ton to improve on with sever and desktop options Would not recommend for company field operations     IOS 9 ndutcher
