I m a professional photographer and with my new Olympus OMD E 10M camera I can now shoot live with my iPad I also can download images as I shoot which saves downloading time However my problem is space This allows me to download all my images to my iMac and using Screens I can remotely control my desktop Using this with its counter part on the iMac allows me to download and clear out my photo from my iPad but I can use the program to review images and upload only those I wish to edit and FTP to my client I will be posting my workflow with my iPad on my blog in a couple weeks so everyone can benefit from hauling around a heavy laptop The images with the editors I use are just as good as Photoshop actually photoshop as a number of apps that uses the photo engine of the current Photoshop Elements                     Great Space Saver George from Venice, FL

Like the clean sleak look overall One thing though I don t like the vertical colored line that denotes file folders word PDF etc I need to visually see a folder icon PDF icon etc this may seem petty but it s important for me It helps me recognize things more quickly as I look for the folders and files I want to access The slim vertical line makes me have to stop and think about what it is Takes more time and effort that way                 Small improvement needed Will-2002

I installed the mac version on my personal and work macs and it has worked great so far I dropped a whole folder of videos on the mac app and the directory was transferred in tact with the folder and files Works great                     Flawless so far kumoito

The whole point I got this app was to have access to my iCloud Drive It won t give you access         Does not work with iCloud Drive savpires

I have liked their File Manager Pro and believed Files United to be the latest and greatest allowing wireless connectivity with my MacBook Neither the iPad or iPhone versions of Files United have been able to connect with my MacBook via their Mac App There is no support to be able to contact There is only one setting related to the connection that I can find and that does not work I have wasted too much time deleting and reinstalling in various combinations endeavoring to get everything working wirelessly I will take some time endeavoring to get files transferred via iTunes but that is not the seamless wireless transfer being touted I will keep the app installed for awhile awaiting an update that will get this working wirelessly Unfortunately it is not there yet     Not Ready Taking Time To Do This

This is a wonderful app for those who need to organize documents into a variety of different folders all of which can have sub folders creating a digital file cabinet one can refer to either on an I Pad or I Phone They can be password protected as well I managed a very large staff before I retired and can t tell you how much easier my job would have been if this app had been around then I ve waited a long time to rate it because shortly after purchasing the first version called File Manager which has been renamed Files United the creators started making changes to it that vastly improved its efficiency One of my first complaints about it was that one could not edit a document once it was transferred to the app Now however they have made it possible to move documents into Apple s Pages edit them there and move them back to Files United Nirvanna will happen when one can do that in the app itself and hopefully that will happen some day What has kept me in the game with this app is that from my first e mail to the creators in Germany I always got a response to every question and I had many I use the app for Recipes I have a small baking business and for Bridge which I have seriously taken up Being able to quickly refer to a bidding rule or convention on my I Phone or I Pad has been so helpful As bridge players can imagine trying to organize the many bridge bidding and convention rules in one place is beyond fabulous But it was also important to be able to edit them as well as so often particularly as one progresses bidding and conventions changes I m still on a learning curve with some of the app s functions but I really love it and know that they are always listening over there to suggestions and requests for help That is huge                     Files United Ma4074
