FINAL FANTASY IV

I enjoyed the game which I downloaded to my iPad Ive played it for hours and now I want to transfer to my iPhone6 for taking it with me However the iCloud game I saved on my iPad doesnt appear on the iPhone iCloud save menu ingame I dont know what to do The app is checked as far as being apart of my iCloud backup for both devices and Ive obviously backed both of them up What do I do        Cant get iCloud to Work

I loved this game on the SNES and it plays great on the iPhone and it now has iCloud support                 Great Game

UPDATE I talked with their support team Apparently there is a known bug where saved game syncing does NOT work with iCloud Drive It might work with old iCloud This game is fantastic but the iCloud save syncing does not work        iCloud syncing does not work

This game is great But what I dont like is that every time I play it crashes If I get one text message or any notification come through it disrupts the game and it crashes and I have to reload from the quick save Maybe if I didnt like the game I wouldnt be so disappointed     Unstable

However in the beginning there is a typo referring to Cecil as a Load Captain instead of Lord Captain              Good Game

This is my favorite Final Fantasy Im not overly happy about the 3d graphics because Im a nostalgic person But it does look nice I love the new controls and I think the game is Awsome Keep em coming PLEASE Square Enix                 Awesome

It looks amazing on the iphone 6 plus the graphics are great sound doesnt cut out Ive had no issues except if I try to multitask it restarts I definitely would recommend this iOS version of the SquareEnix all time classic Final Fantasy 4 There havent been any reviews on this lately and at first I was hesitant to make the purchase I wanted to let others know that it works fine on iphone 6 and iphone 6 Plus                 Final Fantasy 4 iphone 6 Plus

Easily one of the best games on the app store It does crash on the opening screen on the iOS 9 public beta though              Great game but not beta friendly

This game is great I like it a lot but I have one problem with this whole Final Fantasy thing The series is good Im not hatin but why is Square just releasing Final Fantasy for mobile Where is Kingdom Hearts I can understand that at the moment Square may be too busy with FF7 vs 7 or whatever its called or too busy with Kingdom Hearts III but what about the simpler KH games KH1 COM RE Coded or Dream Drop Distance I get KH X Unchained is coming up for IOS but what about the other KH series games I can understand that KH 2 might be a bit difficult considering its the most complex and longest KH game out there other than BBS but seriously Id love to pay to play RE Coded DDD 1 or COM on my IPad Square plz make the KH series available for mobile This game is good btw                 Why Just Why

I was hesitant to get this because it was on the iOS But I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was completely awesome It brought me back to some of the happiest times in my youth Add the remade graphics and it was a five star hands down                 A rewind to my youth

Im playingwell was playing on the 5sthe game crashes so randomly and frequent it is impossible to grind out levels without saving every other battlenot being able to level up via grinding without fear of losing progress do to random crashing in an FF title is insane     CRASH GALORE

Its a good game Only problem I have is that Ive tried a few ways to defeat dr luague and an unable           Having difficulty with some areas of game

I enjoyed the game so far It was fun emotional and was good to play on my freetime but one problem had occured After all maps were completed I didnt recieve the Treasure Hunting augment If you can please fix the error                 One problem

Of the first four titles FF2 and FF4 stand out in my view I appreciated the nuance found in FF4 more than any of the previous threeparticularly i streamlined character leveling as opposed to the job system in FF3 and ii implementation of autobattle mana from heaven that which cuts down on the constant tapping during enemy encountersand found the story to be more mature and engaging Great job porting this one devs                 6 iOS 8x

I have played and beaten all original final fantasies from the beginning until the most current of the series I havent played this remake or the after years until today The feelings that this game gives me is similar to playing final fantasy 7 right when it came out So far this is a brand new adventure with nostalgic undertones Same story told differently Voice overs crisp clean graphics The interface is very smooth My only complaint is that the controls can be a but frustrating The frustrating controls is in every free moving iOS game so I imagine that the steering is the best that it anyone could come up with so far Aside from final fantasy 6 I would call this my favorite game                 Final Fantasy heaven

I have been a fan of Final Fantasy 2 on the super Nintendo entertainment system ever since it came out in 1991 I have enjoyed playing this version of the game very much because of the enhanced graphics I have gotten to the point where you fight Golbez and it has been impossible for me to defeat him This was not the case with the super Nintendo version What happens when I find him is sometimes his strength replenishes and sometimes I damage him I have tried varying my weaponry as well as my magic spells and I never know when Im going to replenish his strength or damage him Until this bug gets fixed it is too frustrating for me to play this game unfortunately              Good but there may be some bugs that need to be worked out

iCloud support is great Just wished it worked for me Update when it becomes functional Overall game is great though App support from developer kind of disappointing        iCloud support not working

I would like the option to go to pixelated graphics for higher speed and less lag        I dont really like the 3d polygons

Not having iCloud saving capabilities was a deal breaker for me because I like to use both my iPad and iPhone to play all these old FF iOS releases Even though it took WAY too long to happen they finally enabled iCloud saveswhich should really be a requirement nowadays in my opinion Oh and the game is great as well                 Finally iCloud is Here

The 3D graphics are ugly on the new iPhone 6 since they are not widescreen native and the resolution is 960 x 640 stretched and scaled into the iPhone 6s 1334 x 750 resolution In addition the game lags with a low frame rate and has lag spike with the menus which shows proof of poor optimization Please update the graphics to be native for new phones     Dont buy on new devices till updated

Update Man of my word updated my ranking to a true 5 stars now that iCloud save has been added This is a fantastic game beautifully done and now with iCloud save it can be played on my iPad too Its the way it was meant to be Well worth the cost Thank you Square Enix Thats all we need Square Enix I see you have brought it to other final fantasy games in the seriesjust need it here and this game is perfectwell done on the remakebut please give us iCloud saving so we can play and rotate between our phones and iPads                 iCloud saving

I love this game to death but since ios8 launched it crashes randomly during cutscenes and also every 23 times you tab out and back in it crashes Its a huge annoyance when Im getting lots of texts or calls and trying to play it Im done playing it until it gets a patch     Crashes all the time

my favorite game when i was little kid i am so happy to be able to play on my iPhone 5 and iPad Every game should have iCloud saving specially if it is an RPG I am glad to see this one does now              classic on iPhone 6

I have been a fan of this game see since it came out on the Super Nintendo This version really shines with all of the new features It really can tug at your heart strings Im not afraid to say that the first time I played this game I feared up at moments If you are a fan of RPGs play this game                 Favorite RPG A Must Play

Great overall l have always been a huge fan of the series and using a newer device I would love to see further optimization for all of your remade classic FF games Keep rockin it with the classics Square Enix                 One of my all time favorite RPGs of all time

Was excited to test this out This doesnt compare to the old 2D version Its a waste of money Id would however paused more for the 2D version that works with the Mad Catz controller     Underwhelming

I think this game is great no questions asked Now if I could just defeat Barbarricia whom Ive been stuck on for 2 months I might actually get to enjoy THE REST of the game                 Awesome game also challenging

The very first Final Fantasy game I ever played was FF IV and I was was like 12 or 14 or something I cant really remember I just remember that it was my birthday and my grandma took me to Walmart to buy a gameboy advance SP and a copy of Final Fantasy IV advance I played that game non stop until my eyeballs fell out of my head remembering the final boss being the most epically brutal sob in the history of all RPGs So I set out on a quest to purchase and beat all the FF games on the App Store in order and a couple of weeks ago I finally made it to the almighty number 4 First off I always considered FF 4 to be the best in the series once I started to play the others in the years since that fateful day but when I made it to FF III in the App Store my memories of FF 4 soon faded and I considered 3 to be my new fav in the series because it BLEW ME AWAY But I knew that once I made it to 4 in the App Store that it would most assuredly reclaim its throne and indeed it has Everything about the game is flawless Not only the fact that as with FF III there are absolutely no technical bugs to speak of whatsoever but I felt like a kid again for the 30 hours of the incredibly rich nostalgialaden gameplay Every boss every dungeon every heartfelt moment which might I add have been made a million times more heartfelt this time around due to the amazing 3D graphics and dialogue infused cinamatic cutscenes The only problem I think I have with this version is that they spoiler alert have completely removed the Lunar Ruins bonus dungeon that you unlock by beating the game It consists of 50 floors and at the end was the third and final stage of the last boss Zeromusthe almighty Zeromus EG Unfortunately that was one of the only memories I had lest of FF 4 so I was pretty disappointed to find out it was removed But all in allI am a very very happy man Next stop FF V                 Im home

Ok so Ive trying to use the icloud save file but its impossiblewhenever i upload the save file on my iphone and then go to load the file on my ipad air 2 the file is never detected every other game works but this one is a huge failplease fix this as soon as possible im really regreting of buying this     icloud saving problems

I purchased this game with the expectation of being able to transfer my game save files through the iCloud between my iPad and iPhone However the saved file that I upload to the cloud is not being transferred between devices The actual Game Center data and achievements is transferred between devices but not the save file I upload to the cloud I contacted the dev and was told to contact Apple support and Apple support was not able to help Leaving this review at 2 stars until the issue is fixed        iCloud saving doesnt work

Cannot select commands quick enough because menus are too compact ATB is so fast that enemys get 35 attacks to every one of yours even with the battle speed in the slowest setting Commands cannot be accurately chosen due to very small buttons Scrolling necessary to execute commands lower in the menu often results in a mistap QUIT RUINING GOOD GAMES SQUARE     Terrible for iPhone

This game gets two stars because they brought an awesome game to apple products but thats about it The Bad The characters level too fast By midgame you are one shotting most mobs at your level Remember when you had to grind mobs to beat the Luca dolls get thundara to beat the magus sisters or wait to get float to enter the caves in the underworld That doesnt happen here and it makes the game loose a lot of interest for me Would restart and play on hard but honestly that is a lot of work after getting half way through the game        Nostalgia and little else

Lost my 20 hour save file when I switched to an iPhone 6 BECAUSE THERES NO FREAKING ICLOUD SAVE Unacceptable for a 16 app And Ive been a fanboy for FF since NES     No iCloud saving

I first played Final Fantasy IV when it was released in the US as Final Fantasy II And continued to play it often over the years My brother bought me this game 23 years later for my 30th birthday and I wasnt too excited Once I began playing it on the hard difficulty I became a bit obsessed Its proving to be a bit more challenging than the other versions Ive played Additionally quite a few new challengers have been added that keeps this game new for old fans alike              Must have for any fan

This game has been amazing But just one MAJOR PROBLEM Theres still the Namingway glitch So I dont spoil anything if you dont to part of the quest in the right order Namingway disappears This was in the DS version so why keep it Its a GAME BREAKING GLITCH Im very upset be this     Namingway glitch

5 stars and a recommendation to FF fans if you add ICloud ITunes save Its a sad thing we can only use 3 slots only for such a vastly large game     No ICloud

This is game is so fun and now that they added cloud saves its even better This is the best FF game next to 10 in my opinion                 One of the best Final Fantasies

The game is awesome Really it is great graphics great play great nostalgic game for everyone However its not perfect yet The cloud save feature isnt working properly so the progress Ive made in my iPhone doesnt sync with my iPad Only the game center data syncs properly I dont care about Game Center I care if I can put down my phone pick up my tablet and continue where I left off seamlessly Till then its not perfect           It could be perfect

Even on iOS 7 dont try to multitask because if you go look at something in Safari and come back to the game it restarts most of the time Sometimes it just randomly crashes for no reason while youre not doing anything else It seems to not play nice with other tasks going on on the system This problem is more magnified on iOS 8 Accidentally hit the home button and try coming back to the game where you left it Too bad its crashed Switch to another application and come back Yep crashed Just bring up the task switcher and look at another app momentarily and then come immediately back to the game Crashes here too Need to pull up the control center to change your brightness so that you can see what youre doing or not be blinded in the dark or turn off the wifi or cellular you left on but dont need Sorry crash Get a notification at the top of the screen Game crashes Low battery warning Crash None of these crashes happen 100 of the time but they happen very often and its really disrupting The game is almost certain to crash if youre in the middle of a battle when any of the above things occurs Ive had to wait for the Square Enix logo to slowly come up at the beginning of the came time and time again Also as others have said this really needs iCloud sync support and it would be nice if it properly supported retina iPad resolution which it doesnt There is also some strange issue with sound sometimes this game will lose its ability to play any sounds at all other times it blocks sounds from other applications For example I use CoPilot for GPS navigation while a passenger in a car I will have it backgrounded expecting voice prompts to be announced so the driver can get us to where we need to go while I play the game I mute the game sounds via the game settings menu This works until the application crashes then when I restart CoPilot is no longer capable of making any sounds until I restart it Maybe this is an iOS bug I dont know Other times I will unmute the game sounds via the game menu and nope nothing This can persist even across device restarts so seems to be some application bug All in all not worth 16 at all in its present state Its sad because its a great fun game and if all the issues that make gameplay not enjoyable anymore werent present it would be totally worthy of a 5star review     Unstable on iOS 7 VERY unstable on iOS 8

This has been my favorite game since I first waited in line to buy it when I was a kid From a great plot to welldeveloped characters including Kain this is a game that I have purchased and repurchased each time it comes out again I am SO excited for it to have iCloud support now All of SquareEnix iOS games should support this Bravo                 Favorite game of all time now with iCloud support
