Find Branch

This is a useful app especially when away from home and in need of a Credit Union Branch I have this one and another version each has its own strengths and weaknesses It is simple to use to locate a credit union service center on a map or in list view You can locate by address or your current location You can easily go to additional information for each credit union this does not work properly from map view but does work fine from the list view And from each specific credit union info page you can get the address but NO telephone number Many do include web site links but not all However there are several things missing from this app The first is something that I believe could be VERY important is there a drivethru at the credit union and the drivethru hours Second the telephone number somehow that seems important If nothing else a link to the main page for the Credit Union Service Center site to search online would be better than nothing Fix these things and you would have a five star app           It

The application crashes when I click on the current location button and app will reset to the home screen when I minimize it     Fix please

My credit union recommended that I get this app and none of their branches are listed This app would be handy IF it were accurate     Listings are wrong

Works for finding member branches but why didnt you include ATM locations        Two stars for half an app

but now like other reviewers here I get the message of doom for some reason your location cannot be determined I uninstalled reinstalled restarted etc etc all to no avail All my other location dependent apps work fine Manually putting in an address where there is a CU that is part of the network or putting in a zip code where there are several CUs that are part of the network either way comes up with zero locations found Too bad the app worked great for me all across the US until this trip     It used to work great

I cant believe that the app hasnt been updated to work with retina display and what happened to ActorsFCU I want an app for that     Shocked

The old app showed ATMs in the area not anymore     No ATMs shown

It does what it says it does which is a big help for those who travel like me Its not online banking ATM location or anything else like that If you had read the description you would have known that                 Read the description people

App was recommended by my credit union but app did not even list my credit union locations Also it did not list closest credit union to my home68 versus 45 miles One other local credit union was not listed at all     Poor app

No phone numbers I deleted the app within 30 seconds     Worthless

Last update was over a year ago Info is stale Too bad x        Abandoned app

Much easier to use than the website I can find a shared branch nearest me within seconds                 Extremely easy to use

Tried using it with the new OS and for some reason it kicks me out Just opens up and fails I have redownloaded 5 times still nothing Alwell better luck next time Its free so Cant beat that I guess     Sucky

Does not even list my credit union and they recommended the app        Do Not bother if you use GTE not listed

A perfect tool for me as I am always on the go It makes finding Shared Branch locations a breeze This app is a must have                 COOP scores big with this app

This apps only purpose is to locate branches and there are several missing that I have personally visited in the last 6 months If it cant do this most simple job then its Google for me     Missing TONS of locations

It does exactly what it is supposed to do find branches give you their hours location and contact info                 Great

Maybe Im doing something wrong This replaced my Branchfinder app but it now finds zero branches for me Huh     Zero

I travel for business so it is nice to find a branch that is close to me if there is any Even with the promoted 5000 locations there is a lot of holes Could you please incorporate into location services to include the option of only while using This is available on other apps and is nice from the standpoint of draining the battery Thank you           Nice but could be better

This app was super helpful when I was stranded out of state without my debit card It crashes so often though I had to run the app 7 or 8 times before I got the search results to display without it crashing           Crashes

Very useful app however it really needs an option where users can report a changed location I guarantee users will do it and then half the work of updating is done           Not bad

I used to shy away from credit unions becausebi thought they werent conveinient like the BIG BANKS After learning the hard way the big guys dont care about you I shifted to credit unions I quickly learned about shared branching Have an app like this is grrrrrrrrrrrrreat As it lets me find a branch no matter where I am Credit Unions rock and they are just as accessible as the big banks that dont care about you                 Making credit unions more accessible

First used this app to find a CU my son could use when he went away to college Recently helped my other son find a CU for cash open on a Saturday afternoon while he was working in Oklahoma and his debit card was canceled due to a stolen number and he had no easy way to get cash Four stars because there is always room to improve and data needs updating              Has been helpful for Me

I got it and tried it for one shot As I know all the credit unions in 3 counties and it only basically lists one branch type I got another one that is more recent and giving that a try This one is not any good despite representing the CoOp Shared Branch logo that is on all 70000 or so CUs     Pretty bad real useless 2015

Why was the ability to locate ATMs removed That was what I used the old app for Restore that and this will get a lot more stars     ATMs

I hate this app Sent me to locations that DO NOT HAVE ATMs     Beyond worthless

For those whgo dont know it not all Credit Unions have joined this service So if you dont see yours or one nearby they probably arent part of the system Maps and mileage are fine                 Works great

Then this would bd a great app Distance to banks completely unreliable     Missing banks GPS needs updated

If youre looking for cash after hours its important to know if a branch is an office only And conversely if you need a service center it would be nice to know if the branch was only an ATM before arriving there especially when traveling in a town away from home           REALLY Need To List ATMs

I was directed from Branchfinder app and now Ive lost all ATM locations I use a nearby 711 for over two years now Please put back ATM locations I really do miss CU SwirlBranchfinder     No ATMs

This app crashes almost every time I use the My Location feature and the link for app support doesnt work     Lots of crashes

The 7eleven locations for ATMs is not available any longer Please return this feature     Need to Add the 7eleven locations

I used this to find the nearest branch which was 30 minutes away Recently the teller told me to use cuswirl to find locations and guess what There is one less than 10 minutes from my house The app doesnt show there are 5 locations within 15 minutes It shows the one half an our away as the closest Oh and this is when it works Most the time it cant find my location     Worthless

It would be great if this app had more stuff but it is exactly what I need For some reason finding these shared branch service centers is very difficult so this app is a life saver                 Good app plain and simple

I was out is state and looked up a location so I would not have to pay an ATM fee and I was charged anyway Unbelievable     Deceiving

Very useful app but theres a few problems with branch locations fortunately most banks dont move very often and when they do they dont move too far Faster updates to the database would be handy              useful however some bank locations out of date

Been waiting for an app from coop to make a search for ONLY creditunions that are a service center too THANKS COOP Just needs to take advantage of the iphone 5 screen              AWSOME this is great
