I love the app and all of its content but its always crashing especially when I try to use the Map of the Verse I love the show movie and comics please fix Love it but it crashes

Running on iPad mini 1 Crashes 100 of the time especially on map of the verse Cant login on other devices without logging out on current device Will delete your progress if you do it anyway Wait until stable before making micro purchases in app Bugs

I mostly play via Steam because my 4s cant always handle it but its a fantastic app and the 5 upgrade to BDH is SOOO worth it Super excited for the full game to be released Utterly Fantastic

I just got a new phone and the login is telling me that I will lose all my Achaemenid gained thus far Any help New phone

I really want to love this app but for the last month or so it just crashes on me all the time It worked fine when you first released it but starting about a week or two later it crashes all the time especially when I open the map Please fix it I want to live this Crashes

This could be a great app but it crashes so often sometimes costing you the cards and points you may have earned or purchased but had not yet been deposited in your account that it is incredibly frustrating I play it in my iPad mini 1st Gen and my iPhone 6 it crashes on both No way to report bugs in the app Buggy but lots of promise

I shouldve listened to the other reviews instead of thinking my experience would be different The moment you upgrade the game crashes immediately after you exit the login screen Its a waste of 499 Im asking for a refund Dont Upgrade to Avoid Lockout

I love the idea of the card game a great way to learn the verse I dont mind the buying of packs but Ive got doubles and triples of the same card in same packs and Im still missing a very common card to the point at one point I had thirty of the same card before getting one Welcome to Ariel Glitches happen but it shouldnt be this hard to get common cards Good idea

Love it Works great but with a few bugs and no way to report them so I hope they look here First off on my iPhone 6 I cannot see the countdown timers on the map of the verse tab Little frustrating I cant see how long until I can do my daily and weekly runs Second bug is on my iPad mini 3 When running routes the map of the verse does not show the very edges of the universe In other words its slightly too narrow to see everything at once Finally it seems the drop rate for some cards seems crazy low I have 28k points and still lacking some series one cards and only found 1 epic without purchases Please fix and Ill update to 5 stars Awesome App

Good info I like the pics and videos However what keeps this from getting 5 stars is the inability to report bugs and problems For example were supposed to get cards from crates I have no ability to see my cards I can open crates but when I try to see my cards it just hangs there I know this is a simple bug fix but I dont have the ability to report those bugs After spending the money on the BDH I think I should be able to see those things and be able to use them the way they should be and if not there should be the ability to report those hugs Good app but

This app is a great companion for the future firefly online Its beautiful and addictive with a fantastic soundtrack The only issue Ive found is a bug on the card shark series one badge Not a detractor when Ive already seen how quickly the support staff responds to issues Well done Edit 41415 now if only apple would approve the update Awesome

but it is so glitchy and buggy In app purchase didnt work until I went through the motions of purchasing again Cant open the map of the verse which was the point of the 499 purchase It just crashes every time Please fix I want to love

A good way to pass the time while waiting for the MMO It is mildly addicting and the updates are a nice way to wet your appetite for the game I would like a few more digital items to shoot for and it doesnt really work on my older tablet iPad 2 But I LOVE IT Shiny

Nice app for keeping track of progress on Firefly Online The video interviews with the stars are especially fun and I like the mini games you get if you buy the BDH package No problems running the app on an iPad Air Great companion app

With the release of 30 packs you get from earned rewards are random from one of the three card series This makes earning those 5 and 10 card badges for series 2 and 3 virtually impossible The randomization of card distribution was problematic already Now this Wont be spending anymore time on this Will just wait for the game release and see how that goes Was fine until 30

This is a good app Keeps you updated on the pc version of the game and gives you video interviews with the cast What I dont like is that you keep drawing cards from series 1 when youve already earned all the badges for that series I assume this will continue when series 3 comes out making it even more of a hassle to earn the cards in the new series There should be a game mechanic that shuts off drawing cards from the series where you have completed the tasks and earned all the badges Decent App But Needs Fixing

This has me psyched for the new game And its brilliantly constructed Great app Very shiny

Update is much snappier Great companion app for FFO Get for getting some digital goodies and just all around venturin about the Firefly landscape Woot

I was so excited for this game I had pre registered became a BDH as soon as I download it and then came to crashes Open the news av attachments Crash Go on runs Crash Explore the verse CRASH Look at cards FREAKING CRASH After being sooooo excited for this all Im left with is disappointment What a let down Crashing Problems

I have been using this app for quite a while Yesterday it worked just fine But today it crashes shortly after the login screen I am on the latest iOS 83 I think and an iPad Air 2 I have closed the app and reopened and even restarted my iPad but still it crashes This is the same issue we had on my sons iPhone 5 Worked yesterday

I cant say enough about this exceptional app What a great companion app for the game The attention to detail especially in the verse is truly a work of art They have thought of everything including facts both enchanting and amusing about the planets that we thought we had forgotten Every day I discover something new and fun about it The card collecting is a blast and the rewards are creative and fun The music is the same hypnotic melody we all know and love from firefly and it ties the whole thing together beautifully Cant wait to see what they come up with next Wow

I was extremely excited when this app first came out and was more than happy to pay to be a BDH to not only get more from the app but to help support the creation process And it was fun For the first couple of days Now EVERY time I try to do any missions on the Map it crashes and right after I start the mission so I lose the chance to receive any of the daily or weekly rewards Additionally the app has begun to crash in other seemingly random locations I hope they are able to fix these bugs so I can change my rating but until it is actually a fully functioning app I must refrain from a higher rating I want to love it but

Im so freaking excited about FFO But Cortex is too tiny and hard to see Im not sure if itll be worth 5 if I cant read it or see the graphics We should be able to magnify the text Not every user has perfect vision Too tiny

After all the anticipation I downloaded The Cortex Looking forward to venturing in the verse and as of now on my iPad2 its a big disappointment Not more than ten seconds after logging in the goram thing crashes Ill keep checking in on it but for now not so shiny Sadly a big disappointment

This app is great Its fun and your progress gives you items to use when the official game is released Only problem is iOS wont approve the latest update even though its gone live on all the other platforms Whats the hold up iOS Wheres the update iOS

App likes to crash when you try to log into your account At least thats what happens on an iPod 5th generation Worse than it should be

I love what the app promises in terms of perks but I could use with the update actually happening Also it would be nice if you could get an epic card easier As far as I can tell I just got lucky when I got the one I have The only other way I can see to get one is to buy an epic card pack APPLE APPROVE THE UPDATE ALREADY Love the perks approve the update

So far this is a great teaser to the game however some of the badges are not being given when you reach the goal So far great

The Firefly Online team has done great work so far and is making improvements This is a work in progress by people with a love of the program If you have a bug to report you can post on the Firefly Online page on Facebook until a reporting feature is added to the app The team is very responsive to comments and the BDHs are very supportive Excellent work

Using it on the iPad Mini 1 and it runs just shiny for me Confused that some say they paid 499 for it I found it for free in the iiTunes Store They cant stop the signal

Excellent app First of all it s free and has plenty of content for fans of the show Secondly for 5 the in app purchase adds MUCH content which includes items redeemable in game when the online game is released I am having so much fun with this app and highly recommend it See you all out in the black Has a kind of poetry to it

I love firefly I really do so when I heard they made a firefly app I downloaded it I made an account and it worked fine until one day it just randomly crashed at first I thought it was a glitch so I reopened the app when I did it crashed again Im very confused as to what happened so plz fix this because I love firefly thx for reading and keep up the good work Keeps crashing

What a cool idea an app that helps you keep track of another app thats in development News interviews videos all delivered to my iPad keeping me in the loop Yeah Id rather have the game but while the devs are finishing up this is a pretty good fix Awesome way to keep track of my new future addiction

Good app as I love all things Firefly but I wish there was a way to get in contact with the creators to report bugs and crashes Ive sent out friend referrals multiple times to multiple friends but all say they havent gotten any email about it A great start
