My kids love this app My youngest keeps saying more firefly daddy I like it because we use the trace feature to help my youngest learn the alphabet He stays interested while learning This app is well built and a must have for those with young children Amazing and educational

Im the developer of Firefly Ive worked very hard to make this a high quality application and am happy to say there are no known memory leaks bugs or crashes
Ive run Firefly thousands of times during development and believe it or not I still like playing with it Theres something about the motion and the colors and the interactions that I enjoy My favorite configuration is with about ¼ of the possible fireflies sized to the glow fly stage the middle size stage with blue fireflies and two or three queens Some other favorites are when the fireflies explode out from the middle when you swipe upwards and how the queens interact with the fireflies in trace mode
I think this will appeal to people who appreciate aesthetics and who like colors and motion It might also appeal to people who are interested in biological simulation algorithms or people interested to see what the iPhoneiPod touch hardware can do with particle rendering

I recently downloaded the Firefly app and I love it My family has enjoyed it immensely and I would recommend it to anyone The colors are vibrant and the trace function is great The app is also incredibly stable and easy to use A Must Have App
this is such a cool idea what a spiffy app this will keep you from boredom when youre on the go and once you get started with it it keeps on surprising you a must have app to show to your friends its really simple for any age but yet so much fun and addicting to play with its essential for anyone with a iphone or itouch
