Firehose Chat

I like not having to be tied to my computer to answer chats Its great to be able to set DND hours so the app can take a message when Im not around                 Love being able to chat on the go

I love it I really do Ive been using the mac version for the past few weeks and Ive been waiting at the edge of my seat for the iOS version Obviously an app like this helps me keep connected with my customers so having it on my iPhone has helped a lot really love this company Its great                 Such an awesome app As good as the mac version

Nicely done App works great Very easy to use Looks very professional on our website We now have a seamless method to communicate with our potential clients from our website 5 Stars                 Well Done Easy to install

Not much to say other than Im unable to log in Desktop version works well so use that instead     Doesnt work

Ive tried maybe a half dozen different apps looking for this function and all the previous apps either left out something really important rendering them useless or were priced for gigantic companies with huge budgets Firehose however seems to have a solid gameplan Remember its not just the iPhone app they also have an Mac App and a Wordpress plugin Login to either the Mac or iPhone app using an easily created account and the product ID associated with your website and youre in business Visitors to my little vacation rental website can now livechat with me during hours that Ive set no matter where I am This is corporate level functionality for less than 025day if you upgrade I am truly amazed at the simplicity and functionality of this app                 So simple and so amazing

I have loved the Firehose Chat mac app that Mysterious Trousers put out recently and have been counting down the days for the release of the iOS app The technology they have created is so simple to use and I love interacting with people on my websites in real time But the fact that I can do it on the go now from my iPhoneiPad is all that I could ask for and more So thanks Mysterious Trousers I cant wait to see what you come up with next                 Above and beyond

Push notifications are spotty or do not work entirely We switched to intercom     Doesnt work

Just been using a couple of days my colleague and I just upgraded to the paid version Keep up the great work                 It rules

I enjoyed the Mac app well enough but was really waiting for the iOS app as push notifications are kind of important for a service like this and not that useful on a Mac Works really well Recommended Good job developers looking forward to more features                 Pretty nice when paired with the Mac app
