First Command Bank MobileCommand™

Doesnt work I keep getting an invalid logon code Too bad too FCB is an Internet bank without a functional app     Doesnt work

Like so many of Firstcommands endeavors in IT projects they just cant get it right Ever since Christmas cant get any transactions It may just be a sign that its time to move my assets to USAA     A month later and its broken of course

The mobile deposit works great You can transfer money between accounts and pay bills online really easily I havent had any problems with it and use it daily Im so glad First Command has this app                 Love this app

Glad that first command is finally mobile but one of the key features its missing is the ability to deposit your check using your phone camera like other bank apps           Missing deposit feature

This app works great To get it to work you must first register for mobile banking through on command Once you do that it works wonderfully                 Great app

How is it that I cant check my investments from the app        Investments

Ive downloaded it 4 times and it still does not work     Worthless app

Downloaded latest version of appnow all I can do is sign in Once I try and access ANY service a NSInvalidArgumentException error appears after about a minute of waiting     Nothing Works Now

I was excited when I saw the new update Turns out it didnt add the new resolutions The app itself works just fine but Its been almost six months since the new iPhones came out We need support for the newer resolutions This is the only app on my phone without it Please fix it           iPhone 6 Resolutions

Absolutely Perfect I have been waiting for FirstCommand to come out with something like this for a long time Between the new website and the mCommand you guys have hit it big Keep the upgrades coming Thank you FCB                 Finally

Please go review USAA your key competitor and see how behind your app really is You pretty much require me to use a computer to do anything at all whereas USAAs app lets me do anything on it that I can do on a computer        Just not very good

Get an error code that says it cant connect Ive deleted and reinstalled 3 times no change Set it up online like they say First Command customer support does nothing but say sorry Dont waste your time     Worthless

This application hasnt worked since I downloaded it and I have uninstalled and reinstalled What a waste of time So now that I have figured out how to make an application work by jumping through a MILLION hoopsevery time I try to use the Deposit Checks option the application crashes What a piece of     Awful

For some reason I get a signon invalid but it works on your website I knew you guys couldnt get it right the first time     Cant log in

This app is great Had some issues at first but it has really improved I like that I can cash checks and transfer from my phone                 Great

App doesnt work It keeps telling me that my username and password are incorrect I have had the app for about 8 months and have never been able to open it     Useless App

While yes you can check your current balance not vary accurate and make transfers nothing else really works You cant change any payments going out the mobile deposit is a pain and every time I try to look at the status of it the app closes Ive tried to reinstall but it doesnt help Pretty worthless compared to other banking apps        Horrible

Ive recently added the mobile deposit to this app and it has already made depositing checks a breeze I LOVE IT Not sure whats wrong with everyone elses app Ive never had problems with mine Sorry guys                 Love It

The app does not close out when you hit the home button The app still shows your details when you double tap the home button to close out the App The App should be automatically signed out when you hit the home button Also when you double tap the home button to close the App you should not be able to see the info on the page it should e blurred out like it does on the PayPal App I gave this App a 2 star rating because of this        First Command App Review

For those individuals having difficultly logging onto the app You must register for both the MobileCommand app and the Deposits OnCommand service You must activate both of these services on the OnCommand online baking website and look under the Account Service tab The app works without a problem once you have activated both services              Logging onto the app

The mobile deposits portion arguably the most important part of this to me does a great job of shutting the app off altogether Annoying        Underwhelmed

The app works quite well If youre receiving a logon error its probably because you need to enable MobileCommand by logging on to the FirstCommand website              Works well

Couldnt figure out why I kept getting userid and password incorrect Realized that I forgot to go online and subscribe for MobileCommand How easy was this I looked under Featured services in account services Now it works great           Mobile app

The invalid code indicates you have not registered for mobile service via Internet Banking For security authorizations this is required Just sign in online and find mobile banking under services and you can easily register              Invalid Code

I have been tryin for two weeks to deposit a check only to get the error must endorse with for deposit only The check is endorsed correctly Have darkened the text and still get the error To add insult to injury all of the deposit info account amount is erased every time so you get yo start over I have sent multiple in app messages to the administrator which have never even been acknowledged I am beyond frustrated and disappointed with this app and First Command Bank     Worthless for mobile deposits

Thanks FCB the subtle improvement like listing the transaction amount AND the resulting new balance immediately below it makes the ledger of transactions much more useful The fact that foreign ATM fees are broken out separately for the first time now as far as I can tell is nice I can quickly see and learn which ATMs or banks are adding unnecessary fees and which are not And the ability to see my loans on the same screen it much appreciated Improvements still needed Now that I have visibility of that loan I am going to want to pay it down more quickly but as far as I can tell it is not available in either transfers or bill pay sections as an option Please correct me or the app so I can give you my money and pay down that loan Also in the new transactions ledger deposits and withdrawals are the same color which is odd and makes it hard to find and verify accuracy of deposits Please go back to a color distinction between deposits and withdrawals in the transactions ledger Thanks           Nice improvements some refinements needed
