First Data Mobile Pay Solution

App was working well until iOS 9 update Now after going to side panel i can not get back to the full screen Side panel stuck there Tried uninstall and reinstall but side panel is still stuck and will not close Would rate 5 stars otherwise but pretty useless at the moment     iOS 9

After I run the cc and turn to landscape for customers signature You only have 12 a screen Plus the buttons down below are barely there When asked for a receipt it doesnt connect with my contacts I have to manual enter them Also sometimes when entering manually you get a 12 a keyboard and 12 number pad What happened with the latest update Please fix It was working great up until this           What happened

I called there customer Servive and explained the problem with the customer sign in screen they told me to delete the app and reinstall it and sign back in This fixed the problem just to let everyone know                 Sign screen fixed

Updated the app now it doesnt work I need it for an event in a month and a half so I hope you fix prior to then Error after error after error     Does not work

This app is very convenient and works great for the most part but there are several things that can be very frustrating First of all the actual swipe device connected at the aux port is glitchy after a month or so of use It keeps giving false readings thinking that I need to reswipe when I havent even swiped any card through it It does the same thing even after or during the following tip calculator pages and final transaction receipt page Its most annoying when this glitch happens after a successful transaction because it sometimes sends a duplicate This wouldnt be a problem if I had the issue refund button on the sales history tab I know I should have one because Ive seen it before but the recent update is not good at all for my iPhone 5 Please fix this soon I was very happy with its performance in earlier versions        Needs bug fixes swipe attachment needs improvement

Since last update have had issues After swiping cc the sign here screen appears landscape regardless of phone orientation Then when you turn the phone landscape sideways the screen gets even smaller If you do get past this screen the enter email address field is unusable as the keyboard is only partially displayed           Used to work

Having the same problem as the other reviews Used to work fine and probably from when I did the iPhone update Please fix or will have to switch to something else     Owner

The best dont use square or anyone else these people are the best and only ones to use                 Owner hvac business

I use this app through PNC for my merchant transactions I have found that the apps sign in process gets hung up at the sign in screen when I have a client standing in front of me trying to pay for their service I also do not like that the app asks about tips after the transaction making it awkward for me to say oh heyby the waywould you like to tip me           Not Reliable

Gave this app a try so I could use my banks merchant services Extremely disappointed Doesnt show the name of the customer in history which is something I need for accounting purposes doesnt offer discounts doesnt keep track of checks but it does with cashthis doesnt make sense to me wont let my customers sign on my iPad without the menu screen pulling over and it is terribly slow and freezes up I used it twice yesterday and switched back to GoPayment for the rest of my transactions Sorry First Data you came in LAST in my opinion     Lousy

Switched to this from the Square app when I signed up for first data card processing in my business This app is painfully limited and useless to my small businesses It doesnt offer any way invoice split transactions or to use coupons or even manually discount a total Ive been waiting for some sort of update for some time but the app seems stagnant and a waste of time     Useless disappointment

The app is not working when its time for the client to sign I use this at my salon and it is now very inconvenient Please fix asap     Fix app

Needs update to be comparable with iOs8 Having lots of trouble getting transactions to go through Force closes ALOT sine update        ios8 update

I cant seem to be able to use this on my iPad mini I cant type anything after logging in on the amount to charge strip at the top I cant get it to show the keyboard to type     Unuasble

My app has quit sending reciepts Boooo This has got to be fixed           Trouble shoot this

The side panel kept pulling out when customer trying to sign and it wont let my customer sign when customer pick a tip and it straight away went to finish and the tip was not added on in the final amount A lot of time it wouldnt even read most of the cards and we have to manually type in the number which incurred a higher rate Really need to be fixed     Lousy App glitchy

Constantly logged out even when its supposed to stay logged in I am now using I OS 8 and an iPhone 6 plus and the tip screen is just a mess constantly freezes and gets jumbled If not fixed soon will definitely be looking for a more reliable service        Needs work

Cc customer signature get frozen when you put the phone sideways please fix that bug asap Ty              Cc signature not working properly

Is really hard to keep track of the transactions made the same day trough the app screen just freezes with updating history when taking a payment sometimes it takes a long time to go trough very uncomfortable if costumer is next to you waiting     Too many bugs

This app is amazing I would recommend it to anyone running a business                 Awesome app

Why have a keep logged in button if it doesnt keep you logged in Not convenient by any means Were thinking of switching our business to a different card app and reader        Not convenient

No ability to issue partial refunds Doesnt verify charge until after customer signs for purchase        Needs work

This is a great application and I am really happy with it I can now accept credit cards no matter where I am I would highly recommend this app to any merchant who is looking for a way to accept credit card payments Also this is way better than any POS terminal I have ever used Also they have a great support line that has proved very helpful when any problems arise                 Great App with great customer service

This app used to work just fine Now I can only process one payment before it stops working for the rest of the day Doesnt matter what I do closing the app shutting down the app shutting down the iPad etc nothing works I really need this to work for my business please     Please update

This is probably the worst app Ive ever used Network errors nearly every time I try to use the app awkward interface crashes etc I suppose if you use First Data you really have no other choice Using them was a regrettable decision on its own didnt need to add a bad app to the mix     Terrible

Unless you have money to through around do not use this service Their fees are well hidden in a document never discussed and they do not process in one day I swiped on a Thursday afternoon and did not receive my deposit until Monday morning Because they dont batch you out til the next day Shady     Shady

Every time I try to use this I get a server error Three different clients Now I look cheap and like I have shoddy technology NOT impressed     Server error

We made the mistake of updating to os8 What was mediocre before has gotten even worse With the number of card readers out there why choose this one Ask yourself after seeing all the reviews        Problems abound

Need option to put in an item but not the cost That way I can change cost myself     Needs an update and needs some security setting for use as a kiosk

This is a bad app Period     Bad app

For whatever reason whenever I plug the card reader into my iPhone 6 my phone starts vibrating for several seconds then the app force closesit works just fine though on my coworkers iPhone 4s So I have to manually enter all the customers card info which is frustrating when theyre in a hurry or I have multiple transactions to process I think if these issues could be resolved it would be a great app        Needs bugs worked out for iPhone 6

Please add the ability to create service items with flexible prices We are forced to quick sale nearly every transaction           It works but needs some polishing
