PLEASE add a feature to where it distinguishes between charges that are legitimately pending and those that say pending but have already been deducted from your available balance PLEASE           Pending charges

This app no longer shows my pending charges only those that have gone through I liked seeing my pending as well Also everything is in black now Any deposits made used to be in green and debits were in red Now everything is black This makes it harder to see which is which at first glance There is still a negative sign next to debits Please bring back color        Much better prior to update

Everytime I try to deposit a check on this app it crashes Ive updated deleted redownloadednothing I mean its great that I can see my account but Id like deposit some checks if I could Its so frustrating The new update for it just made things worse It doesnt save my user ID or my security answer The app is difficult to navigate in itself now so much that I would rather just wait to get to a computer so I can check my banking online Probably the worst banking app Ive seen        Just no

Since Ive updated this app I can no longer sing in to my account Every time I try I will get an error message on both phones     Signing in

The app is not working for me I keep getting a message that pops up says network unavailable An error occurred while initializing the application extension files could not be loaded Please fix this because I use my mobile banking app everyday     Not Working

Crashes upon opening says network unavailable regardless if on 4G LTE or wifi Repeated attempts allow access but the second you tap your account it crashes Fix this as your app is not functioning at all     Crashes repeatedly

Love the app on my iPhone Please get the iPad version for this app I can only rate this a three at the moment because I dont like using the iPhone version on my iPad Make that adjustment and you will surely have a five star rearing from me           iPad version

I like the old one much better like stated before debits were red credits green now anyone can look over your shoulder and see your available balance in HUGE font not good for hiding finances from potential snoopers update soon plz     no bueno

App crashes all the time States it can not connect to network Never loads And force closes        Poor app

For those of you who are looking at this app and saying hmm is this app worth downloading Lemme read the reviews first here is the review to read This app lets you connect to your bank account through First Tennessee Its essentially an ATM in your hands minus the ability to throw cash at you You can transfer money most of what I do deposit checks check on your account info and track all of your activity with your account Woah Holy crap it does a lot But does it do that all securely Yep You have to set up your account for mobile management through the website first Then you sign in answer those pesky security questions make sure to write those down theyre really easy to forget and type in your needy password 8 characters with at least one cap and one symbol This app is the biggest on security and Im glad for that though after three times of an incorrect password youre entire account gets locked out Then you have to call the number and talk to one of those nice guys on the phone answer some questions and there you go account unlocked All in all an excellent experience and an excellent app                 A useful app for onthego banking

Only allowed 1000 total mobile deposits a week Would have helped in high school maybe Still reliant on USAA Bank as First Tenn technologically crawls into 2006     1000 deposit limit

Update glad to see the return of the green and red color coding on transactions The new update removed the feature that had the credits appear green and debits red Now all transactions show in black The app is still good but preferred the previous version feature for the debitscredits hope it is brought back in future updates              Still good after most recent update but

Ive tried to use the mobile deposit function at least 8 straight times and every time I take a frontback picture the App completely crashes I never had this problem prior to this update Please fix then properly test and then provide an update TO THE DEVELOPERS Im guessing theres a bug while the app is processing the image     Mobile Deposit Crashes App

I have multiple accounts with First Tennesse Bank I dont like that the iphone application doesnt save account ids So each time I log in I have to manually type login id I have 3 accounts that I check almost every day and its frustrating Unlike this app Bank of America app saves it When I open an app I choose from saved login ids And I love that I dont have to manually type it in every time     Save multiple account ids

It does exactly what its suppose to and it does it well                 Works perfect

The app was really useful until they updated it Now it never loads and always messes up     Crap

Ive been using the FTB app for about 3 years and I have no complaints Theyve worked out the kinks and made the UI pretty sleek and intuitive I love being able to cash checks with it and its especially handy for keeping up with my balance and seeing what I spent where                 Great App

I have iphone 5 after new update I have problem that there is no net and the worke then the system break and log out fix it pleas Can you make edit to pending payment instead of cancel it and re mad it again     New ver Has problem in iphon5

Can only rate 2 stars because the accounts dont show a running balance This seems pretty basic to me Also whats the difference between current balance and available balance        So so

App used to work fine but now after login its requiring that I provide phone number for enrollment Then it says Im already enrolled and kicks me out Cant even use the app now     FAIL

The old app was just fine I didnt have to answer a security question every single time I got on Now I do And the fact that I have to subtract all my pending and figure out my real balance is annoying Like I said the old app was way easier to work with and a lot less confusing     Frustrating

App works well but I dont like how the pending charges are mixed with the cleared ones It should be just like the desktop looks they are separated and marked with an asterisk to let me know which one was used as a Visa and not a debit Also adding the Touch ID feature would make accessing my info much easier All in all its still useful           Needs improvement

1 Add Touch ID for sign in so I dont have to type my password anytime I want to access the app quickly 2 Separate the pending payments from the ones that have cleared like on the desktop version Having them mixed in has burned me more than once when a pending payment in buried way down the list My wife doesnt even trust the app and basically refuses to use it for this reason alone Add these two features and this is a five star App           Please Separate Pending Payments add Touch ID Support

Normally Im a huge fan of this app however Im now having a problem when I attempt to make a deposit When I click to take a picture of the check it closes the app        Glitch with Mobile Deposit

The new update changed colors from green and red to all black I hate it Everything looks the same The color coding showed me what had cleared and what was pending at a glance All black everything should just be for American rappers and hair stylists UPDATE wow You brought color coding back Most excellent Thanks app developers Now if yall could separate the pending payments it would be fool proof              If it aint broke dont fix it

It works great no problems at all It could use a finger print scanner long in would be nice but other then that love the app                 I have use the app for years
