Should be able to submit meter readings since every other month there is an estimated bill           Ok

I used my username and password to log in only to be told it was incorrect I called first energy and waited 915 mins to reset since I was locked out of both computer and mobile then tried again after being directed to change my password cause that was the problemand was successful getting on thru my computer but still being told it was incorrect Called back to first energy and waited 2030 mins to be told that I was the one putting in the information wrong After I tried several attempts the rep helping said she was able to log inIm sure she was at a computer and not the mobile app and telling me that I was doing something wrong and that there was nothing she could do I thought they were Customer Support So I was never able to gain access to the app     Horrible App

Cant even login typed my correct username and password 3 times and it locked my account Called and reset it back was able to login to the website just fine tried the app still wont let me Just garbage     Terrible

Honestly this app works just fine for me and I have an iPhone 5 I also recently restored my phone and had previous backed it up to my computer When I re downloaded the app My username and password came right up Made my payment and done Took maybe 3 minutes total                 No problems

This is excellent so easy to use it works better than my home computer              Owner

And nobody can tell me why When I click app support it merely takes me to website in phones browser iPhone 5c     Wont recognize my username and password

Worked great when I had my iPhone 4S Upgraded to the iPhone 6 and cant log in Keeps telling me the username or password is invalid Used the same log in on the computer and it worked fine 5 stars if I could log in again     Cant log in
