I ve been following Taylor s Instagram for a few months now Before the app Phase 1 launched I had started incorporating many of Taylor s workouts into my own I noticed that I was getting stronger and incorporating more variety into my workouts The app is perfect for me because it is very structured and detailed I love the little clips tips that help me with my form Every exercise basically describes where you should feel the exercise and that is super helpful Taylor is so real when it comes to dieting tips she encourages flexible dieting and has awesome dieting macro tips in the phase two nutritional guide Love this app So glad I purchased it Fabulous trainer a fantastic app lyssanoel
I have worked at a gym had a trainer who was awesome but expensive tried other online programs and finally found Taylor This app is extremely easy to use and follow The workouts are intense and I can tell they will produce great results but you can use whatever weights you want so it s not intense enough to be too hard to do I absolutely LOVE the timer that is incorporated into the app I have never seen one like that and it is extremely helpful The only thing I would add to the app is a place letting people know that bands will be used at times in case the gym a person goes to does not have the extra pieces necessary for the workout Phenomenal Wellie143
