Schedule late night rides.
Super annoying As if they can fill any cars Enough with notifications
Everytime I try to use this app there is either 0 spaces available on all shuttles from the early morning I think they just have no service or I reserve a ride and it gets cancelled a few minutes later Also there is no guide to where they pick up at their stops the stations are still pretty big Great idea and abysmal nonexistent execution They promise a lot and deliver nothing Impossible to get a ride through this app
Literally never has spots Useless app No rides available
Short version the app told me that my ride wasnt coming less than an hour before it was scheduled to pick me up More info at about 6PM on a Sunday evening I reserved a spot in a car that was supposed to come to Mountain View going north at 1157 PM The app showed that 3 people had already reserved a spot leaving 37 open spaces The app said it would have to confirm the ride At 1105 PM I got a push notification saying the ride was not confirmed Ie I was SoL Luckily I found someone able to give me a ride back to SF But canceling less than an hour before a scheduled pickup is totally unacceptable especially that late at night when all public transportation options are shut down Ride was cancelled
This is everything I have ever needed Thank you thank you thank you Love An SF commuter Someone give them a raise
