Dont bother Waited an hour to be picked up Watch out for add ons like road side service or extra rental date Countercustomer service eating and gossiping while customers in line When we were asking questions about insurance or adding another driver they suggested we rent from another traditional service as opposed to answering questions We did When will upstarts learn that the human connection manners and a tested functioning service is what make a great company Big Fail     Waste of Time

This app awesome I listed my car in less than a minute on my way to the airport super convenient as I hate talking to people Its awkward                 LOVE FlightCar

Seems like the kind of app u use once in a blue moon and ur done with it forever how did this get 20 million in funding those investors are never going to get their money back     Stupid app

Mediocre startup concept Worst most disorganized unprofessional execution ever which is why they have no traction in the market Company is a chaotic mess every rental location is run by slow unmotivated employees who lack common sense No respect to customers time or property and destroy automotive property onsite while moving cars and rarely even check ID for verification process Rental cars provided are in terrible sometimes nonworking condition and will leave you stranded No sense of responsibility or owning up to repercussions because they blame their customers Impossible to contact customer service without hearing textbook answers from service representatives snickering at the problems you face and then redirected to an even more incompetent manager Prices listed on app and on website are rarely accurate and have many hidden fees tacked on despite advertising the exact opposite Should be reported to the better business bureau for malpractice and false advertising Not worth the headache Take an uberlyfttaxi to the airport or park your car there where it is in an enclosed monitored lot instead of being decimated by stranger renters and flightcar employees     Terrible as expected save yourself the headache ANYWHERE else

Beware they tell you you are gonna make something and pay you way less I made 39 dollars for them renting my car for 4 days and was driven 334 miles The person that drove my car scratched my car and after 1 week we are still chasing Flight Car to handle that situation and nothing Stay away     Its a scam
