I was nervous since several people said they had an issue signing in but I created an account clicked in the confirmation email went to the app and signed in with no problems Has been working great for me And the quality is great Had a small problem but I contacted their customer service listed in the app my problem was resolved very quickly                     Was nervous but works great Laura5568
