I saw this app and thought it would be great for completing a FMEA for my hospital There is a lot of potential but the largest fault of the app in the inability to return to an input page after you hit reset It will add it to the summary but you can not go back and alter any information If you make a mistake there is no way to correct after you move on I think adding an option to do this should be an easy fix As is this app is pretty useless for what I need I ended up downloading the Apple spreadsheet app and it worked out fine Waste of 3 for the FMEA app Useless app
