Food Network Magazine Summer 2011

Just got this for my iPad2 I could really love this if ALL photos would open to their recipe I rebooted with no improvement           Update needed

I love it User friendly and offers great grilling tips The shopping list is a nice bonus feature and helps make sure you didnt forget anything at the store Brilliant                 Love it

My app loaded and worked great I purchased Garden Design App now my FNM App is in perpetual loading status unable to delete or reinstallvery frustrating Whats up with that     Big problem

Cant ever get grocery list to work Functionality needs work When looking at views there are no pictures Pls update for a perfect app Greatest idea yet to make this magazine an app One more thing I currently subscribe to the magazine too bad theres not a combo pkg for the app and print copy        Grocery list doesnt work

Loved the app until it got stuck on one issue Cannot get the new issue or any old issues and cannot get any help for this No app support what so ever I will cancel if not fixed     Cannot get new issue

When reading through the magazine I went to the next page and was presented a page asking me to take a survey about the Food Network Magazine app I figured I would so I clicked the button Upon doing so I was presented with a page that said the survey period was over but I could still enter a sweepstakes for a 100 American Express gift card I clicked on the button to enter the sweepstakes and filled out the sweepstakes form I was then presented with a confirmation for my SUBSCRIPTION TO THE MAGAZINE FOR 10 ISSUES FOR 18 This was NOT what any page during the entire process informed me I was doing I read every word on all pages since it was for a sweepstakes and I wanted to know what I was entering exactly There was not much to read but I can assure you AT NO TIME AND NO WHERE did it indicate in anyway I was agreeing to purchase a magazine subscription The survey and sweepstakes were FALSE AND MISLEADING BEWARE DO NOT CLICK ON ANY LINKS I will be uninstalling the app to make sure I dont have to pay anything else for any other subscriptions I didnt order     Beware of sweepstakes survey

Although I really liked this app the subscription link in the app is deceiving It says its a subscription to an electronic version of the magazine but it isnt When I signed up for it it turned out to be a subscription to the paper magazine Customer service was absolutely no help either It took three attempts to get a response and the response I received was no help at all There was no explanation of where the electronic subscription went to if it even existed or why they advertised it as an electronic subscription in the app when it really wasnt If I could give their customer service a negative rating I would So although I like the app the subscription was a bait and switch              BEWARE Subscription link in the app is misleading

One issue only I buy the magazine But quickly decided the app was the way to go Until I discovered its only one issue Come on developer Make it clear what we are really getting Or change it so it rolls to the new issue when the magazine hits news stands Im waiting for my 399 check to arrive     Seriously

I think it is a great magazine It is clear that a lot of effort went into creating the eversion of this magazine It is not just a reprint of the paper version It is interactive colorful and well organized I do wish there was a subscription rate rather than pay for each issue but thats because I love the app Well done Food Network pun intended                 Hungry for this magazine

App does not contain all content from the print version I could not figure out how to navigate to the content of the app articles Includes flashy graphics that add no value Wish I could get my money back     Waste of money

I have a subscription to the magazine and love this version of it The interactive features are great and everything has worked from begining to end I defintiely would love to have other future issues in this format Worth every penny              Very Awsome

I need to know if we will eventually get updated issues Ive recommended this app to seven Foodies I know and would give it a five star easy if it would update to current issue AND provide archives and since Im a magazine subscriber I want those updates free Im not sure Id spend 4 for app and 4 for each issue but I want both like the way ESPN the Mag gives me free electronic access with my subscription Right now its my favorite app just outdated           Love this app but

This is a wonderful app and would be worth every penny if you could get all the recipes when you hit their picture I can get some of them but not all I hope this gets fixed soon This mag also has a subscription which is a plus and if this issue get resolved I will be a subscriber Wonderful user interaction as well           Cant get all the recipes when you tap their picture

Great content and love how interactive it is however the shopping list feature delivers an error message and doesnt work for me Pops up at random times           Pretty Cool

First the good This app reads like a magazine turning pages gorgeous photos the ability to flip to the exact recipe you want and the reliability of winning recipes Food Network consistently delivers The bad The inability to export recipes once you find one you want to try You can create a shopping list of ingredients but without a printemail option Im not really sure what good that does you If these options ARE available then readers shouldnt have to hunt for them obviously I love Food Network but the developers of this app should take a gander at Martha Stewarts magazine apps for exceptional examples of more userfriendly design           Good but not great

I purchased this app and subscribed to the magazine through but thought I was going to get the digital versionuntil the paper one showed up at my door Very disappointedwanted the digital So only a three starwould have been five otherwise           Awesome But disappointed

I really love this app but am VERY disappointed that it doesnt update with new issues recipes As much as I like FNM I would have saved my money Ugh        Good but

Most of the recipes in the index do not work Please fix PS I have rebooted several times still does not work        Da Cook

I really liked this app I was able to view the recipe add the ingredients to my shopping list then download the shopping list to my phone You can sort your ingredients by category or by recipe Very convenient for those of us with short memories I have ordered the magazine but will cancel as soon as I can get this on my IPAD on a monthly basis                 Great App but want more

This is so great I love the added features The only thing that I would change isI would make the downloads free to current magazine subscribers andor offer the option for an iPad only subscription 4 stars for now but if they implement these additions it will be a guaranteed 5 star review Great job              Amazing

The Sweepstakes Survey is actually a signup for 10 month subscription for 1800 Bug or scam Not sure but wouldnt expect this from Food Network Thought they would be reliable        Beware of Sweepstakes Survey

LOVED my initial download 10 Ran update and Im now REGRETTING it Pages and recipes are no longer running correctly Cant load a recipe I wanted to make VERY disappointed PLEASE FIX     Version 17 is a Problem

I didnt even think twice about paying more for the iPad subscription of Martha S Living than the paper costs and would do the same with Food Network if you would just put one out PLEASE Your summer edition was a nice intro but you have got to get the monthly ipad version that mirrors yr paper mag Not going to pay 1800 for an electronic version that I can view even on my iPad whats a waste I want something interactive and for goodness sake give us some way to save the recipes That is where Martha screws up no way to email save or even print then Be wonderful if I could save them to my paprika app                 Would love if it was monthly

Hopefully Hearst will add the magazine along with the rest when they enable in app subscriptions                 Excellent app

This is the first review I have ever authored because this is the first time I felt one was worth my while This is the first magazine app which makes sense includes a editable shopping list is the actual issue not an abridged version and does not stall out between pages Food network has done a great job publishing a magazine which is about cooking not ads like Epicurious and Bon Appetit The layout and design is as appetizing as the recipes contained within If you are a Network foodie get this And FYI if upon install the shopping list errors out you need to reboot for the system to work                 Finally

I love the app and magazine but I found that all the recipes are not available and some pages are blank Please help so I can enjoy this wonderful magazine           Help

I really love reading magazines digitally and all the features that come with it The one thing that seems to be missing in this one others is a way to bookmark or favorite articlesrecipes              Almost there

Love this Wonderful and interactive but I want to email some of the recipes to friends and family No way to do that currently Should be easy to fix Also I would like to combine my paper magazine subscription and my iPad subscription I would also like to save my favorite recipes to a recipe box like I do on my laptop while at the website It would be so convenient to pull them up and whip them out on my iPad on the kitchen counter              Great app but
