I really do enjoy the foodler app Its great to have such a variety of food I can order from my home when I dont feel like going out or I just dont have the time to However Im having an issue with some of the restaurants that are out of delivery range when I know for a fact their in my area or that my friend who lives maybe a mile away from me can get meals delivered to their house from the same place Its rather infuriating This problem needs to be fixed so that I can fully enjoy this great app LoveHate relationship
The app itself is very useful Lots of great options easy to use The delivery service Dashed that is associated with Foodler however is horribly undependable and their customer service on the 2 occasions Ive communicated with them first lied and then didnt even bother responding Foodler on its own would receive 5 stars but they degrade themselves by associating with Dashed Foodler Good Dashed AWFUL
Id give it five stars if it let you search for a restaurant or an item Itd also be nice to be able to sort by distance or rating But it works great and every time Ive had a problem with an order Foodler has responded very quickly Needs a search function

No product search or pricingcost comparison makes the app a pain to use Luckily it is reliable so I plow through the tedious scrolling and clicking and scrolling etc and order food but Im strongly motivated to try competing apps If the app wasnt designed badly I would be able to search for crab rangoons and get a list of results with relevant comparative info like eating price and distance legible at a glance Please bring your app into the 21st century No searchannoying to use

I love the website but the app leaves something to be desired Its hard to tell how far away some places are and they wont deliver if theyre too far even if they appear on my Best Bets I also really dislike the huge delivery fees restaurants add in addition to the tip I give the driver They dont add it if you call directly which means Foodler is charging them enough for the service that they feel they have to My points are sorta worthless if I have to pay extra delivery fees for them I may as well just call directly Convenient but lacking
