I went to a physical therapist whose goal was clearly to get me to come back as often as possible and would not give me a useful progressive set of exercises This app is making a difference and does everything that my chiropractor massage person doctor and personal trainer say I should be doing over a long period of time to really strengthen my inner core I still see my personal trainer each week to get confirmation that I am doing the exercises with the proper form to push me Im in Phase 2 and really wish the low plank had auditorium cues at the 10 second intervals because I cant watch the screen as I have it air playing to my tv Other than that I love it and think its the best 20 Ive invested into my lower back                 Doing Wonders
This is a great app Love the exercises But once I clicked online the app wont allow me to go back to the original app homepage Therefore I am unable to do the exercises              Wont go back to app screen for exercises
