I thought the 1 star review is unfair else I would give 3 stars Pros user selectable depth so u can leave it undetailed then increase depth to smooth the colors Bookmarks are nice but uneditable they are the date and thus if you save several they all say the same date but there is a thumbnail I find it fascinating to explore the equation this is a decent tool to do that and I find the resolution basically ok Cons if you turn on the color animation and then click to stop at a nice color point it consistently crashes The wallpaper it creates is square and thus is essentially unusable as wallpaper on the iPad The update at deeper levels is very slow which may be a function of the iPad chip speed The 1issue however is that you cannot modify the equation You must investigate the set that is provided there are a few sets provided but part of the fun is to investigate changes in the equations Overall it is a little pricey but with some fixes as above would be worth it              Pretty decent fractal investigator but

The graphics and processing of this app are really subpar I was really disappointed Also it doesnt let you actually create your own fractals only look at a couple pre made ones The color option randomly changes the colors I dont think this is ready to have been released as a paid app I say wait or find a diff one     Graphics not impressive
