I cant log in on my laptop and cant reset my password I checked my account on my smartphone and I have the correct email address to reset it but it says my email address is not connected with any account I tried to create a new account on my laptop but keep getting different messages Not worth the headache loss of time and CEUs Too complicated to work with
The registration on the app doesnt work and if you register through the website it doesnt recognize the account I would give 5 stars if I could claim my ceus but as it is its worth 0 stars Update it works now Awesome Thank you for listening Fixed Great app

This potentially wonderful app has been useless Its beyond frustrating After taking the test it keeps taking me to the screen saying an error occurred with updating course registration Then it ask me to log in with my medline login and password When I put the information in exactly like I do on the ưebsite the app would tell me that the user name and password cannot be found on the medline university system When I tried to register on the app it will not give me the option to proceed select the state and the facility This is beyond frustration Nothing works What is the use of taking the test when you cant get credit for it Somehow the app is not communicating with the website App does not work
My drop down box to select my state has nothing in it I am unable to collect my credit for my ce because of this Not working for me
