Freedom Taxi

I was using this app for many months consistently and it worked great and then it didnt Drivers were not showing up I believe they have the option to pick and choose the web based requests The dispatchers have told me on three occasions not to use the app which basically sums up my review Although I do like this company I would not recommend using them for anything more than flagging on the street especially if you are trying to get to a flight or train on time There are more reliable companies out there like Old City Taxi     Dispatchers say Dont Use the App

Worst service ever Not sure if its just the app or the company Used it once cab was 15 minutes late so I had to find another way as I was in a rush Thought Id give it another try cab never showed nothing Said Ill give it one more time I needed one in about 30 minutes when I got done workcame within 5 minutes nice except that I wasnt ready thats why I specified a time and he wouldnt wait I deleted the app as it is such a waste     I wish I could give it 0 stars

Good in theory but useless and unreliable It would be nice if a email text or phone call would happen at least an hour before the proposed departure Until they figure out this technology dont even waste your time until you see favorable reviews coming in     Horrible app

Have booked rides where no drivers show up and others where dispatch cancelled my reservation without contacting me at all Would not recommend this app or this company     Completely useless

Does not work cant create an account the operation is invalid Cant use the app without creating an account     Doesnt work

Booking is easy But the cab never comesit picks other passengers up on its way What an absolute joke     Worst app of all time

I have made 7 reservations with this app 4 of them never showed up In fact a taxi would get assigned and then shortly after it would say that passengers were in cab when I in fact was definitely not in the cab Save yourself over an hour wait and call a different taxi company     This is a joke

Ive tried the app on two separate occasions and both times the taxi didnt show up The location of the taxi on the app doesnt change so Im not sure what the exact problem is Either way completely unreliable     Doesnt work

You would think there hybrid vehicles they would gave the nicest cars The oppisite cars are in horrible shape drivers are rude and the app doesnt work        Worst company in philly

The app is eh but the service is awful Cabs just dont come and the communication is inconsistent at best Dont bother     Terrible

Only gave 1 star because I had to give at least one I agree with the above made a reservation and it never came best part is it said it was competed DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY     HORRIBLE

The app does what it says it will do Would be better if it showed you how far the taxi is from you like the uber app does              Decent app
