In order to collect points for a free meal one has to pay using the app Sorry CASH customers you are SOL     Terrible Forced Upon Customers

Agree with those who think prepay is lousy But even with that a max 10 reload threshold is too low I routinely spend more than this when I am just above 10 and get the transaction rejected Then the reload doesnt happen in real time and everyone me the staff the people waiting behind me is inconvenienced If I could reload when I hit say 30 this would not happen        If we must prepay at least raise the threshold

Wow I love Freshii Fastest and easiest way to eat healthily in chicago The app makes it so much more convenient to get in and out of this awesome restaurant                 Great service

This app hardly functions It sends an email to you to verify your account but the email activation doesnt work whatsoever great job freshii This is a sad version of a functional ordering app for a restaurant Needs major upgrades     Pathetic

Works great super fast and I never have to bring my wallet to freshii Being able to pay by phone is brilliant and I love that these guys did it years before the rest Ive had my app since 2012 and use it everyday                 Rewards

Nice app clean interface fast However there are a couple of things that should be addressed 1 of which has implications for the brand 1 Card needs passbook integration to increase convenience ie automatically appear at lock screen when at location Minus 1 star 2 Charge credit card per transaction rather than prepay ie uber and Protein Bars approach not Starbucks Dont get greedy Freshii we know when we are being gouged and it makes us less loyal Minus 2 stars Fix these 2 things and you will get 5 stars from me        Needs passbook integration and a different payment approach

This app is horrific I reloaded twice the other day and it wouldnt update my app Today I see the payments went through So they took 40 and gave me nothing App still says 185 on my card Freshii has ignored my emails so Im contacting my bank and the BBB today Do not download this and give your information to these criminals     Deleting this today

I was extremely disappointed when freshii discontinued its loyalty cards in favor of this app Requiring customers to prepay in order to earn rewards is an obvious win for freshii and an obvious lose for the customer On top of that when I finally decided to just break down and put some money on the app I entered all my card info hit enter thennothing My card info is nowhere to be found If you are going to require me to give you sensitive information on your app Id better have some reassurance that it is secure and wont just vanish into the ethers If you want to retain your loyal customer base freshii youd better start allowing customers to gather points without using the app to pay Veggie Grills app allows this so I will be taking more of my business to them     Requiring prepay is bad for the customer

App has crashed twice where I would go to pay and it would exit out Store says they will manually have to give me points through my email but so far nothing Also one day it showed 0 balance for about an hour until it magically reappeared Once my balance clears Im checking out     Awful

App looks good but doesnt allow me to log in not sure why Their good is great        Good food bad app

The issue with the app appears to be that its not maintaining the user session I too experienced many of the issues described here but simply logging out of the app and then logging in again fixes it The app payments reloads all work as expected The session seems to get lost when leaving or closing out the app After that it looks like Im still logged in but nothing works correctly until I log in and out Im on iOS 841 on iPhone 6plus Im hoping developers are already aware and working on a fix           Good App but session issue impacts usability

Freaking love freshii hate the fact that I have to preload money in order to pay AND earn loyalty points If thats the case keep the card system in place too Loyalty is choosing to spend your hardearned cash at a business repeatedly and being appreciated     Please stop prepay

App works fine but please change it to charge my card per transaction You have lost business from me when I see I have an 8 balance but need to refill with 10 for 050 more on a bill I end up going somewhere else more times than not           Dont make me prepay

Ive entered my credit card twice and it doesnt remember it It wont even let me add money     Wont remember credit card
