This app is hard to manage and implement Nothing like the MyFIOS app which was easy to maneuver and understand I keep getting locked out of my account and having to change the password It is not clear how to add other devices especially when I cannot even stay logged into the management account Please take lessons from Verizon and make this easier to work with It s also a bit of a jagged pill to swallow that many of the features I purchased for 5 99 a month were free with Verizon I feel completely ripped off Nice concept but evrydaisvacation (-:
