To start the G Ro itself looks amazing the tracker and app however don t work I have an iPhone 5s which might not be the newest phone but should read a barcode fairly easy The app says it reads it but nothing is saved recorded Additionally the promised 6 months free GPS tracking subscription is now only 1 month And yes customer service is extremely poor unfortunately They don t have any capabilities to handle the flow of requests it seems One of my tickets got closed before anyone ever replied I m hopeful they turn this around again the suitcase itself looks great         The G Ro itself looks great App doesn t work Ralph Been

Setup on my iPhone 7 was painless QR scanning of all 3 components was quick The app doesn t do much but location tracking was all I wanted from it and that works so far without a hitch                     Simple app works fine ericlitman

Miserable experience I also supported the Kickstarter Campaign and thus was an early adopter of the G RO effort Sad to say it has been a rather terrible eye opener The company behind this product has absolutely NO idea how to conduct Customer Relations i had e mailed them no less than 10 times to try to correct a shipping problem they sent the packages to the wrong state and were returned to their distributor and i wasn t even given the courtesy of an emailed response Luckily i have an app that tracked each moment of the packages and was able to email to GRO that I never received them even though they said I did Arrggggg and of course they never responded to that email either Now that I finally got them the app won t even let me register them Caveat Emptor people     G RO app Sisutl

The location feature doesn t work as advertised GSM places bag on map many blocks away due to triangulation of cell towers History page is small and is incapable of displaying location large enough to read Bluetooth will not refresh properly and has trouble pinging bag most time spent n a         Not practical Cgeure

This app works great on the iPhone 7 so it should work on all iPhones equally well Using the camera to scan the bag ID tracker and power block flawlessly registering me with only my email and zip code I m impressed The design is thoughtful the functions clear and effective and everything works quickly and easily                     Outstanding App for a Revolutionary Bag shultquist
