Worth way more than 99 cents To be able to play maps that I play with brutal doom vanilla style is so fun on my phone Also the best part is I can play a Blood mod made for doom with this Priceless The drop box integration works phenomenal too Great work sir                 Beyond greatness

This is a really great app playing Hell Reveled and Alien Vendetta on the iPhone is amazing This could be better though first off theres no way to change complevels which for some WADs can be problematic and second theres no way to record or play back LMPs one of the essential parts of Doom and PRBoom Another thing Id like to see is the ability to change soundfonts because some of the midi music sounded really dreadful That last requests a bit of a long shot but I think the first two should seriously be implemented but besides that perfect              Great but could be way better

You can play Doom 2 with this You just have to transfer over your old doom2wad file with Dropbox iTunes File Sharing supposedly works too Really fun                 Awesome Finally can play Doom 2 on the iPhone

The only gripe I have is that awful vibration feature on the iPhone It makes this amazing app unplayable when quiet is needed I dont want people staring at me because my phone is rattling while Im taking heavy damage in game           Kill the Vibration

great app but no updates yup this app is ABONDONED by its devs and let to rot in the AppStore for ever Just one update can turn that around but nope the devs just threw In the towel I just wish they could fix the textures issue It happens allot and shouldnt some pwads appear with really fcked up textures some dont even appear at all But great app or used to be a great app                 ABONDONED APP

Totally worth it You can play old fps games like Doom and Chex quest chex quest is still my favorite game you can even do any other game from your pc same format Totally worth it                 Amazing

When i attempted to transfer over my strife iwad i got an error that actually made me have to uninstall the app please add strife support              Good port but strife gives me errors

Im glad that this was released now I can play PWADs portably This is precisely what the official id release was missing Good job on this Also I dunno whats up with swellymp its immediately obvious that this can only play PrBoom WADs its his problem for assuming something completely unintuitive and wrong the description is just fine If youre looking to play Doom 64 WADs Doom64 EX is the only engine that can play them The SNES version of Doom didnt even use WADs as it didnt use the actual Doom engine                 Nice additions to Carmacks port

This app is amazing Straight from doom world you can download and play doom wads as long as they are prboom compatiblesimply stunning the fun to be had here                 Amazing

I only downloaded this because I was under the impression it played nes n64 and snes wads Although it doesnt say it here it only works with prboom compatible wads Very disappointing as I have 0 interest in playing several different modded versions of doom Thumbs down     Fix the description

I want you to put multiplayer mode please and I want to be online and local and to join a server download the files you dont have and you can play coop or free for allPlease add a new version of prboom PRboomplusUpdate the game and make a new version please                 Do Multiplayer

Took 2 stars off my review This app needs an update soon I hate downloading wads that say they are boomprboom compatible and then crashes the app and wont let me open the app to delete the wad Of like to see colored lighting and DOOM 64 compatability I have the doom 64 wad and Id like to play it anywhere I go Please update this app Im running on iOS 6 So please make an update for all of us who dont have the new iOS NOTE I just had to re download AGAIN due to simotainious downloads first time thats happened please fix this app           i love this app

If playing nearly any custom doom wads on your phone sounds like fun it is Once you set this up with something like community chest 4 you will have thousands of hours of fun with this nifty app Ps USB makes Dropbox unnecessary                 A must for doomers

If you are new to this kind of primitive app interface it is worth the effort to break on thru to the other side This guy delivers YES you can play doom and related WAD files using this shell The graphics for the control icons are not IDs which is the only difference I have found so far between DOOM 1 official app on Apples store for 3 and the intro wad GOOD STUFF please support this kind of thing on iOS                 Funky but GREAT

I wrote really crappy about this one gave me a hard time at first but then I tried it again feeling that I should at least really try For a buck if you know what youre doing you can have every doom game playable on your IPhone rather than IDs 5 bucks for just Doom Fantastic app and I suggest it to everyone who would like to have their old school experience on the go                 I swat this one down too soon fantastic app

Pretty solid start on allowing you to play your own wads I have my own functional port of Doom that Ive been working on for some time now The idea of Dropbox integration is nice The custom ipack ui graphics are pretty horrendous You would be better off not having them and on the screen controls I believe this is the first attempt at porting the early Doom iOS source to support larger resolutions I applaud you for your efforts and am quite surprised to see this in the AppStore I look forward to seeing what you do next with this app The idea of just making a straight port of prBoom with no iWad would be cool I have functional net play in my source from the early releases I think adding net play to your app and game center support as well as customizing stripping down the UI more would make this app even better Cheers              Works well

A great app works fantastic The only suggestion I would have is the controls seem to be a bit on the sensitive side itd be perfect if the movement sensitivity was adjustable              Almost perfect
