Not sure what happened but gap and Piperlime apps havent been working for the past couple weeks I even deleted and then downloaded the app again     App does not work

Its just grayed out no matter what I try Annoying     App doesnt work at all

This app is SO SLOW If you need some pointers look at HMs or Zaras apps They are much better I know they did a recent update to the app but it still takes a while to go to your cart or delete anything from your cart Now that I do a lot of shopping from my phone using apps I can tell a difference from the good ones and the bad ones     Eh

Cant click on anything     Doesnt work

Every time i like an item i have to click it see it then go back and and view the rest           Its good but needs important improvement

You used to be able to access all the GAP brands gap old navy banana republic etc from one app but now you can only access GAPboo Im not going to install all the different store apps on my phone so Ill just use the mobile site now Please add that feature back        Really liked when you could access all brands

I cannot believe so many people do not agree that this app is really great and perfect the way it is It has great clothing and never crashes It is my favorite clothing store besides Old Navy and Forever 21                 Great app

It seems stable enough I really dont have any major problems with it However the screen is REALLY small for the amount of data It would be better to also have an iPad version so that I can make purchases and check my credit card balances with a larger screen As it is Im using the iPhone version on my iPad mini and it just looks weird           iPad version PLEEEASE

I love the app I check it to see what kind of deals are happening daily Its also so much more convenient to view my rewards through the app instead of searching through my emails I like that you can track your packages and view all your online orders as well LOVE IT                 Easy Best way to view rewards

Today while browsing looking for coats my app just stopped working It says Im not connected to the internet Yet Im writing this review Fail     Just Isnt working

App is super slow I use it only to track my credit card balance etc Theres no back button though Once you click something you cant just return to the previous page Annoying        Slow

I got this app because the mobile site wont work for me but it has the same problem as the mobile site Ive tried to add items to my bag and wish list multiple times to no avail It repeatedly says that I have nothing in my bag and on my wish list Im just trying to give Gap my money haha Needless to say Ill be doing my Christmas shopping elsewhere this year     UselessCant Add Items to BagWish List

I love the layout of this app but it doesnt compare to the American Eagle app in its functionality Ill get an email indicating I could use a promo code and the app regularly does not recognize the promo code I was emailed Its very frustrating Much more convenient to order from American Eagle and their app        Promo codes rarely work

This app has you enter your password multiple times then makes you change it when you get logged out I downloaded it to use my rewards and was unable at the cash register when it logged me out once again and wanted me to once again reset my password Will be deleting     Horrible app

After selecting shopping bag error occurs forcing you to refresh page After refreshing shopping bag error still occurs creating an endless cycle of error and refresh page making it unable to access your shopping bag and purchase items        Shopping bag error

Terrible app The whole point of this kind of app is to keep track of rewards and offers Despite having 40 in rewards the app keeps telling me I have no rewards or offers I call customer service to notify them of this and after waiting quite a while listening to the automated service with no option to skip ahead the representative tells me she needs to connect me to another service and instead puts me through the exact same automated service that is nearly rude when I press zero in threatening to hang up on me Frustrating     Rewards do not carry over

This app would be much more useful if it had iOS Passbook support or some other way to save gift cards to an account The UI is pretty lackluster doesnt seem like theyre trying very hard to create something worth using Icon remains low resolution 3 years after the introduction of the Retina display        No Passbook support

I just got a GAP credit card a few days ago and I wanted to get the app the help with my purchases and payments however I am highly underwhelmed I downloaded the app and had a hard time even finding the credit card account sectionthen once I found it it was infuriating to try to work It is slow hard to follow glitchy and poorly set upI deleted the app and refuse to purchase anything through it ever again The sad part is I really wanted to get a birthday gift for my twin sister through the appmight just go somewhere else nowdont waste your timeoh and thank god I didnt pay for this     Pay Credit Card

I shop at the GAP all the time Although I am patient and work around the quirks of this app I think it actually has gotten worse When you attempt to check out the check out screen is enlarged and cannot be seen easily on the iphone Checking out should be made as easy as possible Another issue is that when I tried to access my rewards the app prompts me to sign in but Im already signed in Even though I have tried to sign in again once I select go it asks me to sign in again Therefore it doesnt allow you to access your rewards This worked two weeks ago and now it doesnt These two features should be fixed quickly as I am sure they are loosing customers due to the faulty app Although their sales numbers must be great since the app has been this way for awhile           Has some downfalls

When I scroll down it pops back up to the top before I have a chance to pick a category Always does it the first time I go to a new page After the first time it works fine but it is every single time I go to a new page Very annoying     Love Gap but app is annoying

I couldnt tell if my order went through and tried several times to check account status and it made me enter the password again and again without ever taking me to that page While I reset my password it continued to tell me it wasnt correct They have a lot of work to do before this is something that is userfriendly        Had to enter password multiple timesfrustrating

When I check order status it keeps asking me to sign in over and over with the message that I have successfully logged out When I look at an item I have to hit the back button twice to get anywhere or I stay stuck with a spinning icon Going back twice lands me on the main page Luckily when I follow the links back to baby it lands me back in the same spot so I dont have to scroll to find the baby clothes I was looking at I hope this helps Id also like an option to search within a category I downloaded the app to buy another set of socks I has bought for my daughter and had to scan through what seemed like hundreds of pairs of adult socks and underwear to get to them after searching for socks on the main page Keep developing the app It could be a great tool           Glitches

Ever since the update you can shop but not view your cart andor checkout Has happened every time Ive attempted to use it Pointless     Cart Wont Process

There must be a glitch or something The app does not work on my iphone 5 iOS 8 but works on my ipad iOS 7 Maybe the GAP app is not updated for iOS8 Please fix     App not working on iphone 5

I dont see why if you sign in to the app they cant have the Apple pay option because I hate having my card information out there              Great improvement

Its okay to shop with but it doesnt remember my user id and it isnt easy to track shipments how hard would it be to make a clickable link or at least let you copy the tracking number           Eh

I am a huge fan of both Banana Republic and Gap Both of these apps facilitate a pleasant shopping experience I do have one suggestion Although it is possible to put items from the various Gap brands in the same cart only one promotion code can be used To take advantage of different promotions for different brands multiple orders must be placed                 A Great App For A Great Brand

I can never delete or move items from my bag and is very slow I love shopping at GAP they just need to improve their App        Alright

Every time I try to login to pay my bill I have to reset my account including entering my gap credit card number and resetting my password Every Single Time I have called and they have fixed it while Im on the phone but it only works for that payment then back to reset it the next month Extremely frustrating     The worst for paying your bill

How is it that a clothing app doesnt have a size filter Also check out screens are not mobile so its hard to review     Not user friendly

App is great until trying to checkout and or adding multiples of an itemmay want to fix that So easy to add a quantity drop down option And forget trying to check out in this app It doesnt fit in the screen and you cant see everything and you cant finish because you cant see anything youre doing But good job gapgood way to lose sales     Fix checkout
