Works some days Wont even open other days Just says loading on iPhone 4S and wont open Tried reinstalling Works and then stops Great when it actually works Unstable        Crash

Just trying to do the simplest things that are advertised is a frustrating experience should have rad more reviews on the product before purchasing this garmin product Thinking of returning it back to the store Definitely not as advertised     Gut10

Doesnt seem to work Wont pick up my phone when trying to register it     iPhone 3GS

I installed the app ran it and all I see is no device attached to account I check my Garmin account and I have three devices attached Why cant the app see them This app is useless for me        Whats it want

Works great and easy to use There needs to be a way to select a point on the map to create a fence on the fly Also there needs to be way to have additional logins to view one device or all devices a login that has no rights but to view device location           Great app but needs more features

When it does work its great But geeez fix the bugs We have not been able to use it for 2 days Says we do not have devises set up We have signed out and back in as well as deleting ap and reinstalling Come on guys        Bugs

Doesnt work Purchased two gtu10s for my audis and tracking doesnt work most of time Had about three months now when they work i have to constantly push refresh or else they show in locations they are not Now recently they are not updating at all Considering ridiculous price of this you would think it could at least track Free app track my iphone works much better and that isnt saying much     lousy

This app does exactly what it promises I use it to track my Garmin GPU 10 flawlessly Used to use a cell phone based tracker but the GPU 10 is so freaking cheap to operate its pretty much a no brainer now This app only makes it so much better                 Excellent

Overall I like having the GPS tracker but the app is buggy and I have been trying to change the battery settings and the app freezes everytime           Works but needs some bug fixes

Tracker and the GTU 10 work wonderfully together because the software gives you control over nearly all functions of the hardware After using it for several months now Tracker accurately predicts how long the battery is going to last given the reportage demands placed on it Best of all it keeps me informed with little text messages such as FRMGarmin MSGAt approximately 31107 AM EDT today we detected that the battery for Tracker is getting low or FRMGarmin MSGAt approximately 115241 AM EDT today we detected that Tracker has been powered off Since I know in advance how long the battery is going to last anywhere from 20 hrs to 4 weeks I can plan when Ill need to recharge it Ive found the power estimates to be very close to actual usage Good product Version 20 has turnbyturn directions to guide you to the tracker unit It loads StreetPilot and plots the route to the GTU10 for you I think Garmin is updating Nüvis 1690 1695 and others to act much like the GTU10 as this version of tracker now has a device list option Garmin tech support told me they are working on this now Why have a device list if there is only one device                 Power miser update

This app has been messing up a lot lately Can someone fix it please The map is not showing up     App not working

Early reviewers I guess dont know this app is to be used with the GTU 10 I can now find my beagle when he digs under my fence and runs away                 Awesome

The app works perfectly every time and has for over a year A LIFE SAVER                 Excellent in every way

I dont know why so many bad reviews The app can use some changes and yeah it does crash But the tracker itself is perfect for your vehicle Especially when you have a classic car like I do It beats an alarm you cannot hear when your too far from the car to here it I do not have the same issues and why would you buy a tracker for large venues Just use your cell phone and tell people where youre at It works great and Im thinking about buying a second device The tracker is always showing exactly where its at              Awsome

I was having some issue with my tracker service and garmin said that Att is changing over the service and the unit will be absolete in a year or so The unit runs on the 2g network which Att is getting rid of So I really dont think there will be to many upgrades and concerns about this product in the future It was fun and the service was cheap while it lasted              The device will not be supported soon

Sweet product and software app Great price Garmin rocks Works even faster with wifi but with 3G Att it locates in about 20 seconds A few times it could not locate but after signing out and then back into app it worked again                 Awesome

would give it 5 stars if this bug were fixed when going into follow mode and then exiting the app always crashes but the really bad part is that this often causes the compass calibration service to be stuck on this will drain the iphone battery in just a couple of hours the only way to get compass calibration to turn off is to shut off the phone completely and restart you can check compass calibration by going to iphone settingslocation servicessystem services at the very bottom        found a nasty bug

Looks like the perfect app for what I need except I have an astro 320 dog tracking system and this app wont work with it or I just cant figure it out        Wont work with astro 320 system

Downloaded it to track my GTU 10 but the app crashes constantly To use it you are required to register an account with Garmin and it does not allow you do that from it nor you can use your email if already registered to log in as it requires you to user a username Do not buy the device for now and wishing they change it if you want friends and family to track you in a sports event The implementation for tracking in an event is useless You can only invite from the website to known emails and each recipient must have a registered account with Garmin To add to the pain it is limited to 5 hours maximum where some sports event are longer especially in cycling Buy the device if you want to occasionally know where the device is Do NOT buy it to track people in sports event False advertisement        Crashes a lot LIMITED

So far the only tracking device from garmin is the GTU10 So if you only have a GPS receiver this app wont be of any use to you Make sure you have the correct hardware before you rate the software                 App is for the tracking devices

This is a awsome app but need update Come on guys     Why not update after IOS7

Bought the tracker for my dog but have had zero luck with this Despite having 4G LTE ATT in my area the satellites can NEVER communicate with the tracker when it is on the dog The only time I can get it to work is when it has a CLEAR view of the sky and nothing within a 2 foot diameter of the device Also have never received a geofence notification when after leaving the geofence Battery life is drastically less than advertised but workable     Disappointing

To all of the other people that gave this a 1 or 2 star you have to have the Garmin GTU 10 in order to use it It does not track a nuvi or a StreetPilot device People please make sure you know what you are talking about before you rate something                 Works with the right product

This would probably be a good app but it says I dont have a garmin registered but Ive registered it to my account If you can get this fixed I will give it a 5 Thanks     Registered device

I downloaded this app for my garmin gtu 10 and it works like a charm Recently there have been a string of vehicle thefts in my area and the gtu was the perfect solution I love how the app controls everything remotely and I can set geofences receive notifications and track instantly If your unit is designed to work with this app youll love it especially since its free Most should check to see if comparable before writing negative reviews because this app is perfect at least for my garmin Thanks for making it free as well                 Perfect app for a great product

But needs a few thing 1 Needs a way to delete GeoFences 2 Needs to text when battery gets to Say 20 3 Most of all needs a button to set a GeoFence for your current Location thats like 10 yards in diameter So you cat set it If you were parked somewhere like a mall Then when you return you could press the button again to clear the current location GeoFence This would be the best upgrade ever              Great app

I receive the same message saying that I dont have a registered device I double checked and my device IS registered but still does not show up on app Any fixes     Not registered

Again ignore some of the 1 star reviews They seem to not understand that this software only works with the GTU 10 by Garmin If you dont have one or if you have some other kind of Garmin device dont bother That said this product is great I work with professional versions of this kind of product all the time This was a breeze to setup and I went box to having it track with geofences in less than 10 minutes My only complaint is that the map they use with the geofence feature is a little twitchy It doesnt always see the pins you drop and doesnt always display the fence area properly until after you save If you ignore what is being shown on the screen while you create the fence it will work just fine Just trust it I am sure this problem will be fixed by v11 Also a feature I only discovered while digging is that you can have the tracker go into a sleep mode while it is in a geofence Use this to save battery life even more by drawing a fence around where the device is going to live most of the time You can set it up with no notifications so it will just be there to save battery life Good easy to overlook feature              Pretty cool

I love this app but like many reviewers I find occasions when it wont open It just says Loading Thanks to a post by Zarwin July 2012 I was able to get past the Loading screen Go to Settings Privacy Location Services System Services at the very bottom Compass Calibration Turn it off Go back to the app and open it Mine opened immediately Now go back to the Compass Calibration and turn it back on I would give this app 5 stars if it werent for the flaw If users have to find the fix July 2012 and the fix isnt implemented in a timely fashion then the app developers dont deserve the added stars My extra star goes to ZARWIN who pointed me to the culprit for the app hang Thanks Zarwin              Love the app found a workaround for Loading bug

Just bought a GTU10 and the device is awesome its a garmin Hope Garmin reads this and dont let us customers down The app its baggy and needs to be redone First iPhone 4S updating history takes a lot to update but gives a erro message as well and the app crashes like crazy we need more options like the website and last dont forget some of us have google voice numbers and need to get messages to those numbers One more thing I do recommend garmin GTU10 over the pocket finder I bought it and the have a website like the ones I do Their costumer service is bad and more expensive Will give five when updating this app           App needs improvementsdevice awesome

I only gave this app three stars Because we need more features One That is missing add a line to all of the location beacons so we are able to follow the path of the device Make the current location a little easier to find along with the tracking history           Update

I use this to track my cat when he escapes It is one of the better iPhone apps This one uses Google maps This also lets me check the gps battery status which is not shown on the website version                 Nice full featured pet tracker

It basically does it most important thing good which is to tell you where the device is located Like on the web site most of the settings can be changed but not all When you select follow the app crashes and returns you to the iPhone home screen at least it doesnt freeze Garmin seems to be very slow in fixing bugs Considering their products are good their software generally lacks way behind in quality           Nice app to track the GTU10 Needs some improvements
