Gateway Church

I like a lot of the applications features with the exception of one major thing When you play the videos on an iPhone havent tested other platforms the video will not play in landscape mode if you set the phone down If you barely tilt it it goes to portrait mode and makes it tiny Correcting this would make it amazing           Improvements Needed

This version seems to have improved the crashing issues and now allows for organizing the sermons by series Thanks Gateway                 Much Improved

Thankful for this tool and how it helps connect people and give that sense of community that can feel missing in such a large church Thank you for investing in this to help bring people closer                 Love the app

Love these sermons hate this update I am tech savvy and I dont understand it This should not be so complicated Please fix ASAP     Worst update

I LOVE the MyGateway app I am confident that the excellent Gateway team is diligently working to make it even better The heart of the app is amazing When my aunt found out that her cancer came back 28 people were praying through the prayer request function When I walk to my car after work I can take time to pray for my brothers and sisters in Christ Needs are met on this app Family is connected on this app Yes the app crashes Yes there are bugs The great news is that as Christians we are not called to be fans and critics we are called to love to be salt to be light Thank you for MyGateway For the time and resources put forth to develop this already and in the future This app is changing lives                 Great app

I listen to Gateway every morning while getting ready for work Robert Morris teaches the Bible in a real relatable way The only problem is this app always crashes Here lately I havent even been listening to it because it crashes or simply will not load Please please bring the old app back This one is too fancy and I guess the phone cannot support it     Bring back the old app

It is great to be able to pray and share with others and live church together The latest version seems very smooth and stable                 Love this app

Had to delete the app I cant even log in without the app crashing Why cant we go back to the old app It was stable and had a much better format than the new style     Wont stay open

The current message is always available as well as previous messages making it invaluable when I miss I also like the community aspects of the new MyGateway app I can now easily connect and give back to others in my church Keep up the good work                 Keep it up

Sometimes change isnt a good thing The new MyGateway app is a step backwards from the previous app There needs to be a navigation tutorial posted on Gateway Ive yet to come across any of the sermons All I can see are prayer requests I loved the old app having everything in its own area of the app The only nice thing about the new app is the styling as compared to the basic blue of the previous version Also maybe someone would consider making the Gateway app compatible with iPads     A step backwards

Bring back the old app The new one is too cumbersome Not user friendly at all I used the old app for sermon notes calendars etc Now it very confusing disorganized and hard to find I like that you have added new features but I think the old app flowed better and was easier to use     Bring back old app

I use this app Constantly Love it use it need it in my life The new app keeps crashing I cant post a prayer request and why do I have to keep signing in I live too far away to not have this app in my life PLEASE FIX IT Cant wait to visit agin                 Please fix I need Gateway in my life

I have to admit it while Pastor Robert is my favorite Bible teacher it is MUCH easier to listen to other apps Like Elevation Church PLEASE bring back the simplicity needed to simply hear a sermon The information overload coming at me from this app is exhausting and has reduced my use of the app I love my church but am not walking in love with the app     NOOOOOO

I love the app and my church and really am not trying to be mean I just am tired of trying to find more things to do on app or change settings but it is on a spree of crashing every time I open it I understand blocking some features so not just anyone can comment or post stuff but if a new person or believer wants to see our church and the sermons they are not allowed to because you are forced to log in with a new account or Facebook login I have one but my friends who I am witnessing to and parents who want to watch sermon cannot because they are not allowed to It should be more user friendly at least in the sermon watching part All I ask is help fix the bugs so many more believers can truly connect to this app and also to drop restrictions on sermon watching God Bless        Needs work

I have used the app from when Gateway launched the original one and the transition which had its kinks has updated into a much better app The original app was more for individual use whereas this updated app allows the body of Christ to connect like never before I have seen people receive prayer people have been blessed and they have committed to volunteering I myself have been able to bless someone with clothing and never before have I had this want to reach out and help people like I have until I started using myGateway Some naysayers say its like Facebook but besides commenting wheres the resemblance Again some say its like Craigslist but they are not seeing that people are blessing those who are not as fortunate I highly recommend this app                 Great App Much Improved

I got an account to be able to listen to the sermons now I cant see them anywhere This app has gone from great to worse What happened     Impossible

I among others have finally deleted the Gateway app from my phone Tried again this morning to use it after doing an update to it I was hopeful to be able to find the sermons better Unfortunately it has not changed Even after reading the outlined tutorial on how to find them I can follow step 1 to find the main Gateway feed then step 2 says to swipe finger I tried every which way to swipe and then the app would crash guess its not a touchyfeely kinda app Im glad I did not do the update on my iPad at home so I can find and stream sermons the d way way to my Apple TV For now there is not the freedom to listen to sermons while in the car I so hope this can be resolved I miss the sermons while Im out It would be wonderful to have separate apps for the prayers and sermons Or a menu that could allow us the freedom to interact with both as we choose I guess kinda like the old app Thank you     Can find sermons

Thank you Gateway for such a beautiful app Love seeing the fixes come through and the improvements I really feel as if as a member I am helping to build this thing This is a necessity for my quiet time every morning with the sermons devotionals and now the devotional video series Love that I can pray for someone signup to help my neighbor and grow spiritually in one place                 Love it

Every time I close the app from my recents it requires me to log back in        Requires me to login every time

Prefer old App Like count down and know when broadcasts will be live Bible sermon notes event calendar Able to give online Easy to access and navigate     I switched back to old app

I like reading all the prayer requests and praying for them but when I tried to post my own request or tried to navigate to other areas it locked up for about 10 seconds and then shut down completely This has gone on for several days so Ive decided to just delete the app until it is updated In the meantime could you pray for my husband and I to find jobs Weve been out of work for months had multiple interviews but no offers Were getting pretty desperate In times like this a Gateway app that actually works would really be a blessing     Too many bugs

Cant navigate where you want with this app I recommend going to their website instead of using this app     Latest version is awful

Ive never had any trouble finding the teachings theyre on the menu screen just click on teachings And if Im trying to watch a service live the Watch Live Now card always refreshes at the top of the feed I also love how they have all of their devotionals available This really is an awesome way to use technology to keep the church body connected                 Amazing Resource

The old app was so much more user friendly and did not crash The other day while trying to listen to an old lesion I counted the app crashed 6 times     I miss the old APP

The app crashes when I have attempted to login and series are difficult to locate I wish the sermon series were titled and in chronological order I find the feed difficult and overwhelming I do appreciate the vision for the feed but would like if it was a feature of the app and not the central focus of the app I enjoyed the old app and its user friendliness Please consider reframing the setup of this app        Trouble with app

I enjoy the app a lot but I have been encountering a simple problem with a prayer request I try to send a prayer and it totally kicks me out of the whole app Please help fix this little glitch because Im ready to get back to the swing of things Thank you and God bless              Love the app but

I LOVED the old app and it was easy to access sermons n series I WAS learning so much Pastor Robert morris is truly led by the spirit But the new app is confusing and hard to navigate I handle change pretty well and I dont think this is a good one The series used to be organized by names and pictures that even my husband who is very tech illiterate could find sermons no problem Now not a chance I hope its recognized and fixed God bless     Was amazing

Great idea but about the worst app I have ever used It is full of bugs and missing key features Everything works great online from a computer but the mobile app is inoperable First it required me to login every time I opened it I opened a ticket and they said not our problem must be yours Then it stopped working all together I open the app Attempt to login but it crashes as soon as I put in 3 characters of my email I deleted the app from my phone and downloaded the version that came out today in hopes of a breakthroughnope attempted to login and crash city Fail beyond fails here folks     Poor

This app is so hard to navigate It looks awesome but desperately needs some attention to the direction of the app and its simplicity Especially for new users checking it out Spent 5 minutes trying to find the most recent sermon to listen to     Disapointing

I was extremely excited and anxiously awaited the release of the myGateway app Ps Robert and others I talked to on staff built up the anticipation and excitement for many months That excitement however quickly faded when I first saw the interface COMPLETELY nonuser friendly and unintuitive I still cant figure it out after using it now for weeks I fiercely believe in the creativity and excellence Gateway has shown in the past But Im afraid this app will need to go back to the drawing board before I feel its ready to be released to other churches The prayer functionality is about the only thing I have found useful and step up from the previous app Sorry guys     Simply Wrong Direction for this App

I miss the old App I used to be able to watch all the sermons and I DO not like that you can see peoples information I had to delete the Gateway App     No good

Formerly 4 stars since myGateway consistently crashes on my iPhone 4s Yes I know its optimized for iPhone 5 I am running iOS 83 No Im not going to go out and buy an iPhone 5 just to use this app My wifes iPhone 5s also has the same issues as mine Round Table please resolve this Thanks           Great ministry tool

Wouldnt you know the update on my birthday fixed the continuous crashing The other improvements to the app make it immensely more useful Now it works like something I can use every day                 Update fixed it

Help Also my email address is listed and I did not remember being asked for that Also when I clicked on my own name I couldnt figure out intuitively at all how to get to the main menu again Also the use of a pull down to find filters is not intuitive That is really a power user feature or something a mobile developer would ever think to try Sermons should be a default filter item but this app needs a rework     I cannot find sermons anywhere on this app

I depend on this app to listen to the sermons but it never works It always shuts down when Im trying to log in and its not organized well Please fix it before I finally give up hope for this app     Very disappointed

I really love this app It makes it easier to reach out to people to ask for help when you need it the most It helps to connect a large church to so many people that you might not have met before that it helps me feel more involved in what Gateway does I love this app It has helped me in so many ways                 Connected

I was devastated when I discovered the app had changed I dont attend gateway because I live in Oklahoma so this app and the teachings was SO important to me The new app is not user friendly Its confusing I STILL cant navigate it to find the teachings Very disappointing Please bring the old app back     Awful
