The app worked great before the new update now it just crashes Awful update

Supposed to be great but alas it doesnt workat all No nada How about zero stars Wont work

Tried reporting it lost to lock the phone The phone still works even when reported lost and it is locked The APP is what gets locked I can easily just DELETE the app not working as advertised Tried it out

I just installed it on my iPad 2 and it has force closed at least 10 times cant even get past the opening screen I dont have anything else going on in the background what the heck Cant even begin to use it

This app was relatively easy to setup but did not perform as advertised It doesnt take a picture of the person unless the phone is unlocked and utilizing the app which is point less because it can be deleted by the person This kind of defeats the purpose of having this application over the Apple app and the GPS is constantly be used and drains the battery fast Also the picture quality of the image is horrible and looks like it was taken with a flip phone camera from 10 years ago even though the iphone 5 front facing camera is 720p Overall the extra features such as hardware diagnostics is like bloatware and not very useful my advice stick with the Apple one Stick with find my iphone

Had a few glitches when it first released I think one improvement would be to add a scheduler for any in store appointments so you can schedule directly from the App Its good

Weve always had LockedFound on all of our iPhones and the locator portion is sometimes iffy One phone was stolen and has not updated location One phones location continues to default to a location that we know its not at since its next to us when were testing the locator option One phone will seem to be located where its at but then defaults to another location for no known reason LockedFound locator is iffy

Remote locking ie report as lost only locks the app itself not your phone Useless Get GSP skip this app

Its need to be fixed or update keep crashing Need to fix it

The idea of this app is great the problem is It is very glitchy I downloaded it to do the data transfer and it has continually crashed It either says the phones are not connected to wifi when they are or it loses the connected right after it scans the barcode Long story short I have not been able to transfer my data through this app Pretty disappointing Does This App Even Work

I was interested in the auto fit feature of the newest update But after you input year make and model it force closes the app Bummer Updateauto fit is a no go

I bought Best Buys service with my iPhone 5 to add protection in the event of theft and damage Turns out its just a scam The app slows down your phone and ALWAYS used your location services so you will see a big drop in service After I had a phone replaced even though this service should have paid for it didnt I was then told it automatically rolls over to your new device This weekend I went to Best Buy because my iPhone 5s which I was told was covered was acting up they told me it is only for ONE phone So if you switch phones you have to buy another plan Oh and they keep charging you monthly Save you money and battery Read Before You Buy

Crash in iPhone 5 iOS 704 Crashing

After I installed Geek Squad on my iPhone 5 my battery life shortened dramatically I traced it to the fact that this app never turned off its GPS location This also brings up the issue of privacy I deleted the app and things are back to normal Battery Killer Privacy Concerns

A nicely designed app that works better than expected Very easy to navigate with tabs and large menus to swipe If I were to suggest an improvement it would be that you can purchase items like harnesses and wiring adapters right in the app linking to Best Buy Otherwise a very solid app which you can use to get specs on your vehicle check what fits and what SKU numbers for harnesses and adapters you need schedule an appointment plus use the geek squad protection to use different features for your phonetablet and device Good stuff guys A very nice app
