I love this app its fun to play with a melody and harmonize that melody with such wonderful chords Its really genius Thank you and God bless developers                 Sweet dream

This app breaks just about every harmony and voice leading rule there is producing some pretty atrocious progressions and awkward voicings complete with glaring parallel fifths soprano and bass voice doubling of the traveling third parallel octaves awkward leaps in all voices etc It is a nice idea but the algorithms are not very well developed and the resulting harmonies and progressions are quite horrid by any standard     Nice idea poor execution

The chord progressions and variations generated by the app deserve the name Genius If a future update does for timing 54 etc what the app does for harmony theory this would be a best in class invaluable tool for iPad musos lacking the formal training so evident in the progression generator              Brilliant Progressions

This is an excellent app for intelligently generating suggested chords from a single note melody It does a darned good job I hope it continues to evolve Here are some suggestions 1 For the Change Chord function when the selection scroll wheel appears I want to audition the chords before committing to one And also it would be nice to be able to cancel out of the Change Chord function to restore the original chord 2 It would be great to be able to select the genre of chords that are suggested For example by default most of them sound jazzy sort of something like Hancock or Corea would use It would be nice to be able to select Pop which would use simpler less complex chords Jazz for something more complex Perhaps the more discordant chords could be saved as a last selection 3 The ability to select a root bass note would be nice if the user wants to and have a separate sample voicing for the bass note such as a bass 4 If I have a chord progression and am not sure about the next chord or a transition chord to use it would be nice it the app could suggest a next or transition chord based on Circle of Fifths or database of popular tunes Thanks for this app and please keep evolving it it has great potential as a songwriting tool              A Very Good Start

First you can only create two bars 20 notes and one song if its only 20 notes long Then theres no save option so you have to erase and start over And you can only do whole notes So if only want to compose one 20 note song of all whole notes then waste the 4 bucks Otherwise save your money Oh and the website for the creator doesnt work     Waste of money

Very sweet app I hope future update includes more then whole notes and better export for IOS like Audioshare which accepts midi There is a sdk available Thanks                 Awesome app

Not sure what these bad reviewers are talking about This app is pure gold to any serious songwriter and melody hunter You dont have to write every note of the melody out Just use the notes you are going to play the chord over This is a chord finder app not a melody finder that part is still up to you This app has added endless depth to my compositions Thank you thank you thank you for creating this                 Perfect

Id like to be able to choose which notes chord changes occur on and have the app take any notes following a chord into account for the chords it chooses up until the next chord accompanied note This could be accomplished by highlighting notes that will get chords below them It would allow users to also experiment with where the changes will fall in the melody Still a very good app so far                 Nice

This app is horrible complete waste of money its a piece totally useless and a waste of money     Worst app Ive ever used DONT DOWNLOAD
