Get It Done Tasks

GID is great I get bored with apps and keep looking for a new and better task manager but always wind up sticking with Get It Done after I discovery the inadequacies in the other programs I especially like being able to emailin tasks and the multiple ways of inputting tasks And smart actions is great for linking Evernote with GID It works on all platforms and syncs quickly between them It could be a little quicker but works just fine on my ipad and iPhone              Great

This is the second time that all of my data has just dissapeared How can you expect me to rely on this program with all of my important to dos when it keeps reseting and losing everything It makes me want to scream Boo     Stop Erasing My Data

What is the point of a To Do app that doesnt have an alarm or notified Pointless if you ask me At least the stock calendar has notifications and it to is FREE Very disappointing     Disappointing

Looks nice but is unusable Every time I try to enter any tasks I get an error that says I have not provided an email address     Unusable

I love this app and use it all the time The last update seems to make the app take a lot longer to load I am waiting for what seems to long to load when I switch betweens lists I dont want to have to switch to a different app Please fix              Too long to load

Newest version is slow freezes and is clunkier than it used to be Ugh was a great app now I have to find another Chitra     Whats happened to my favorite app

If I create an item in the In box and give it a due date of today shouldnt it show up in the list of tasks due today It doesnt I even quit the app to see if that would help not that that would be a good solution but it didnt        In boxToday

I really like being able to organize all of todos in to different categories I can keep all of my work stuff together and all of my personal stuff separate Its really easy to figure out too                 Does more then I expected

I have been looking for a decent task manager for years now and GetItDone has a robust set of features yet does not require additional graduate coursework to understand I can easily separate work vs home vs personal tasks and make some of them recurring as well simple to do everything from reminding me to change the household air filters each month to ensuring that I get my expense reports submitted at least once every quarter The iPhone app works well no complaints but I would like to see a native Mac or PC app with integration into task bars to make task entry even faster Also Evernote integration would make me a fan for life since I use Evernote for notetaking If I could automatically create followup tasks that flow into GetItDone I would be so much more productive                 Love it would love it more with native Mac and PC apps

Dont do the update to 475 Itll wipe out your task list and doesnt work at all     475 Killed my task list

I have heavily used this app and am still very pleased with this it It serves most of my needs and I love that it seamlessly syncs across all my platforms The developer has addressed many of the early performance and sync issues I especially love the fact that I can email tasks directly into the app handy for emails to follow up on and links to articles I want to read The next big improvement will be notification center integration Keep up the good work Marco              1 Year into it still pleased But where is notifications

As I tried to explore the app parts of the display flickered on and off then at one point the whole screen dimmed then it froze No way would I entrust my next action lists to this     Immediate severe bugs

I like the layout and organizational abilities But I will not stick around if theres no way to have tasks automatically arranged by due date Also how do you delete a task Could be a four star app        Need to be able to arrange by due date

At first I thought this was just the ticket because of the nifty way it categorized information but unfortunately it let me down by losing the info I put in the notes section and well as entire lists due to creating new areas Once these bugs are worked out it could be a useful tool     Bad habit of losing info

To the Dev First off in about 3 months my subscription will going to end and Im not sure if i will renew my subscription My only request is why cant you put a notification alert or whatever Your update is useless Yup the app is great but Im a notification reminder type of person And that is todo or task is all about Not until you put notification     Update still no notification

Ive tried several task apps and this has become my goto app Its uncomplicated and easy to use I can organize by project and again by tags It even lets me create separate global task listsIve divided mine between work and personal Also lets me prioritize tasks inbox means yettobedesignated today means highest priority next means regular priority and someday means well someday Works well for me It can be a touch buggy but not often enough for me to get rid of it I had some issues creating projects and tags it would create duplicates and if I deleted one it deleted both But I was able to get what I wanted in the end Also users must refresh the list to see any edits to tasks Id be absolutely in love with this app if it would automatically organize my tasks by due date Currently tasks are listed in the order theyre inputted and users must manually reorder them Id also like it if this app could send me notificationsreminders           Needs some tweaks

Annoyed I press the sync and it just shows its loading something and its been a day already           Sync problem

Im only using the local app and love it Its exactly what I needed to manage a simple to do list Enough categorization and sorting capabilities without making it overly complex After 1 day no bugs encountered The user interface is well designed and pleasant Good stuff                 Simple Perfect

Having tried a million different similar apps this is about as close as it gets to being my perfect todo app If it could use Siri like some of the others I might be willing to pay 40 a year for it As it is Id rather not I love the colors and the layout though I have been just using Reminders but Id love to have the tagging feature of this one and that you can actually see the notes for each reminder I also like that you completed items are cataloged by date checked off so I can go back and see when I did stuff If they could add those two things Siri support and dated completed items I would be sold              So close to being perfect

I have tried a lot of productivity apps This is by far my favorite It allows me to organize many different projects and their associated tasks quickly and easily The layout is pleasing And syncing from iPad to iPhone to the computer is super fast There are a few things however which keep me from rating this at five stars There is no alert function I still use the iPhones reminder app to set alerts so I dont miss important items Id give five stars if this were corrected because the other issues can be easily worked around Completed items dont drop to the bottom You can set the app to immediately delete them but I like to hold on to completed tasks for a week or so Id like to keep them at the end of the list where they will be out of sight until I need them It is easy to drag the task to the end but it would be better if the app did it automatically Also tasks should sort by due date automatically without my having to drag them Even with these issues I havent found another to do list that works better Great job but please add alerts              Well organized Easy to use

When looking for a task manager I dont want flexibility I want elegant simplicity and this app delivers Tasks go into an inbox then you sort them to do today next or someday Thats it Due dates are noted but dont drive the placement of the task This is good You dont always do today whats due today Project implementation is easy to use and elegant Some features of the website are missing scheduling repeat tasks but for free what do you want The app looks beautiful too              Beautiful app

When updating with web version the app is freezing Love the app when it works     Current version keeps freezing when updating

This is a very nice and functional app I love the quick adding of tasks the sorting and layout However there is no notification ability for this app This means you have to constantly be checking it Also it dies not move tasks to a new folder if you change the date Task todo has a similar layout but has the notification ability calandra layout and all the other missing functions of Get it Done This app is almost there but not quite           Nice but

Ive been using this app for about 3 weeks now and I have stopped using iProcrastinate on my MacBook because this app is so good I like that you can sort by areas that you create and then further sort by what you need to get done Today Next tomorrow or Someday Therefore you can view each area of your life prioritize and then view all areas of your life under Today that way none of the areas of your life get ignored The only thing I wish this app would add is a way to prioritize one more step further so that when you are looking at your Today tasks you can choose the order that youre going to get them done Im hoping the very attentive developer will see this request and add that ability                 Look no further

The app was already great a fantastic way to organize my priorities and life The latest version seems to have fixed the little quibbles I had I havent had to reset data yet seems like I had to do it at least once a day in version 3 So intuitive and flexible One of the two most important things along with Evernote I have on my iPhone                 Superb

Just downloaded this app and Im getting an error message that I need to upgrade to the latest iOS but I am running 428 There must be a bug in the system Hope it gets fixed soon Love this app on the iPad     Bug

With so many things to get done in a day it is nice to list them all out I have just begun and already feel a sense of relief of organization and focus which was the entire purpose of the iPad                 So far so good

I like this app it is easy to understand but it is very buggy when it comes to supporting the languages like Arabic and when it comes to make a tag There are allot to fix in this program but it is okay and am using it at the moment           Awesome but buggy

Tottaly buggy destroys and messes area focus project tags during synchronization Including cases when you see the project in the left menu but you cannot assign a task to it doesnt appear in combo in task dialog this means INTERNAL program structures mess not only synchronization As a result you destroy your data uploaded on the site where I didnt found backup option so I lost my task list twice already The problems appears in both iPhone and iPad versions My both devices use last iOS version and are NOT jailbraked and during run have tents of megabytes free RAM monitored by special support app so there is no identifieble reason for the problems Good concept terrible implementation I WAS so happy first hour when I found it     Tottaly buggy

I have spent a lot of money to find a simple app to keep my tasks in order This is free and beats several apps I have PAID for Great product I would trust other products from this company                 Great App

I really like the get it done interface and its potential functionality but the problem is just that the iPhone version doesnt sync The wheel just spins and spins but it doesnt sync unless I log out a major inconvenience This tool works great on its website but not on the iPhone The iPad app is buggy too     Not satisfied

The big thing this app is missing is the notifications either push or alerts or badges is essential on any to do app in my opinion Also would be nice if it functioned with sync from outlook or on board calendar              Missing one thing

I get a popup all the time about the indexHTML is not found It prevents me from accessing sections     Buggy performance

Of the seemingly endless list of GTDTask apps I have gone through this app is finally the one the got it right With the setup of projects and smart groups this app is set up perfectly to handle the dailyweekly reviews The drop and drag feature within these groups makes organizing your actions so simple I love the fact that repeating tasks are sent to your inbox as copies instead of the original record Then you can adjust notes dates tags etc with that particular copy without messing up the original record Maybe not a big deal for some but for me it is a feature I now cant live without Thanks for constructing such a great app                 Perfect GTD App

Great idea if it would sync across devices properly Whenever I add something via my iPad app it does not sync to my iPhone and the refresh button keeps spinning Logging out seems to fix it but I dont want to have to do that every time I add a task Otherwise I like how I can tag tasks and step projects and its easy to use     Very disappointed

This app has been very helpful It lets me keep track of the nittygritty details to get my projects finished and with almost no learning curve The only feature I would really like to see is a way of ordering items after I have sorted them in the today next and sometime categories Only noticed one bug and that is a minor screen flicker when editing either tags or item details              Most of what I need
